About this work
Faustmoore has always had a reputation. Founded as a hospital, reshaped into an asylum, and remembered as one of the most notorious institutions in the world, Faustmoore carries centuries of rumors, patient deaths, disappearances, abuse, and secrets buried too deep to prove. In 2015, with the facility nearing shutdown, one reviewer is assigned to examine the remaining patients and determine who can be released, transferred, or contained. What begins as paperwork becomes something worse. The files reveal a pattern: broken patients, vanished evidence, impossible histories, former doctors turned inmates, and a hospital that may have spent generations creating the very monsters it claimed to treat. Faustmoore - Clinic Files is a dark institutional horror story from the Faustmoore series, published under the Dark Oasis line of experimental dark fiction. For adult readers only. Contains psychological horror, institutional abuse, violence, medical cruelty, disturbing patient histories, trauma, and mature themes. Reader discretion is strongly advised.
