Kurohyō 1: the 38 style-based Heat actions
The Heat checklist has 59 entries. This part covers the 38 attached to fighting styles: 27 strikes, five throws and six submissions. The other 21 are environmental and team attacks.
Build Heat, grab with Circle and press Cross. Blue is the first Heat stage; red is the third. Yellow uses the surroundings instead, so it won't necessarily give you the move you're trying to record.
Names below are plain-English descriptions matched to the Japanese checklist. An English patch may phrase them differently. Use the style, Heat color and animation together when checking what you've done.

THE TWO STYLE-LEVEL CHECKS
Record Pro Wrestling's blue Head Crush before raising that style beyond level 3. At level 4 it changes to Vertical Slam. These are different entries, not two names for the same move. Keep an earlier save if you intend to complete both on your run.
Awakening also changes its blue action at level 2, but its earlier Triple Kick can be recorded with Fighting Kenpo. Beast Bite requires the upgraded Awakening style.
Shared animations only fill one checklist entry. Using Muay Thai and God Leg for their blue triple kick doesn't create two different entries.
Equip Heat-start accessories when you have them and check the actual aura before grabbing. If you're trying to record a red action and keep triggering a wall move, your Heat stage or position isn't what you intended. Check the completion record after a few fights so a mistaken animation doesn't go unnoticed for hours.
