The chapter opens with a fight alongside Taizan against Nioka Family members. Before finishing it, use the partner Heat Action Dangerous Death Drop, デンジャラス・デス・ドロップ. Build Heat, wait for your partner to hold an enemy and press Cross beside them. This is the completion opportunity for that specific animation. 2. You have time to finish preparations in Kamurocho. Restock health and injury medicine, train the style you actually plan to use and check your completion records. The final cat batch and the gang-leader epilogues are now available if their previous steps are complete. 3. Meet Taizan outside Millennium Tower and agree to enter. Fight the black-suited men together. This encounter has a different partner animation: 喧嘩式袋叩き乱舞Ver.1, the first version of the Street Fighting group beatdown. Record it before clearing the enemies. The opening battle's Death Drop does not count in its place. 4. At the final preparation conversation, you can leave and arrange supplies if needed. Once ready, speak to Taizan again and agree to begin the match. Final boss: Reiji Shinjo, level 30. Don't try to match the length of Shinjo's combos. Avoid a committed attack, counter briefly and use a grab when the opening is safe. If the setup fails, recover your position rather than forcing the next input. His Heat attacks are the dangerous part. The rushing attack tracks strongly, and the long combo can remove a lot of health if you stay in front of it. Move far away as Heat begins and keep that space. Sometimes maintaining distance lets the Heat state expire without an attack connecting. If he commits to a sequence, wait until its recovery before going back in. Heal before you reach the point where one mistake ends the fight, and check injuries as well as health. You have already cleared the ten Dragon Heat matches by this point; this is the final story confrontation, not another ordinary tournament round. Winning pays ¥150,000 and leads into the ending. Save the clear data when prompted. That save unlocks postgame options, so keep it even if you intend to return to an earlier slot for cleanup. Completion reminder: the story partner opportunities are Tenma in Chapter 7, Taizan in the opening Chapter 10 fight and Taizan inside Millennium Tower.
