Kurohyō 1: what to do with your clear save
Before you start cleaning up the rest of Kurohyō, keep the clear-data save the game lets you create after the ending. Put your next playthrough in another slot. You may want to come back to that original save.
PREMIUM NEW GAME
Choose this to replay the story with your developed character. Your abilities, items, money, titles, allies and casino chips carry over. Substory progress, Tsukahara's training discounts and the completion categories other than titles reset.
That's worth knowing before spending hours filling out a checklist you intend to carry into another story run. Keep a record of what you've done, but don't expect the new run's restaurant or substory checklist to remain filled in.
Clearing Hard unlocks EX Hard. You can select your difficulty for the new story run.
PREMIUM ADVENTURE
Choose this to keep exploring after the story with your existing progress. Its difficulty stays tied to the clear data you loaded.
Here's the important limitation: progress made in Premium Adventure cannot become the starting data for Premium New Game. If you want to try both, keep the original clear-data file and make separate saves for them.
OTHER UNLOCKS
Clear-data play raises the level cap to 50 and lets you request Yurika at JeweL. The boss ranking battles are available in Premium Adventure. You also get event viewing, Asia dance-scene viewing, the survival challenge and an event-skip option.
IF YOU WANT ALL THE TITLES
Watch the undefeated requirement while you're still playing the story. Check the defeat count in your results. If you lose, reload an earlier save rather than continuing from that defeat. Starting Premium Adventure from a clear file with a recorded loss leaves that file unable to earn the undefeated title through free roaming.
Also finish chapter-specific side content as you go. Clearing the story doesn't automatically mean every unfinished substory will be waiting afterward.
My recommendation is simple: keep one save before the final stretch, one untouched clear save, and separate slots for your postgame choices. That gives you room to change your plans without throwing away the work you've already done.
