Kenzan! guide: what is inside all 50 lockers
The key-location guide gets you to each key. This companion list tells you what the locker contains, which is useful when you need a crafting book or material and don't want to clear the whole map first.
The English labels here follow the same A–J system as the location guide. In the Japanese menu, A is い, Bろ, Cは, Dに, Eほ, Fへ, Gと, Hち, Iり and Jぬ. The number follows the letter. Don't confuse the English I group with the Japanese い group: Japanese い is A here.
A-1 has two versions. During the story, it contains Ebisuya's collection money. In Kyoto Tour, its replacement key is in the inventor's house and the locker contains the Ancient Seven-Branched Sword. That replacement does not make a fifty-first locker.

A few worth keeping track of
A-2 supplies the Water God Book, while A-4 and F-2 provide Water God Stones. Those are useful when building the early Water God weapon route. B-1 and G-2 supply Dragon Whiskers for crafting.
C-2 is the Tengu Tale, not another Futsumitama Orb. The orb is B-2. Those are different crafting references, so don't substitute one for the other.
D-1, H-3, E-5 and G-5 provide other weapon books or catalogues. Keep them rather than treating everything from a locker as ordinary sale material. C-4 and J-5 hold the third and second Yamimaro manuscripts; their volume numbers are part of the item names.
When all 50 lockers are open, check the letter at Musashi's home for the Lucky Beads. They suppress random encounters. That is convenient for running around, but take them off when you still need street fights for Komaki's encounter-count lessons.
Collecting keys and opening lockers are separate steps. If the reward hasn't appeared, check the locker record rather than assuming every key you picked up has already been used.
