Like a Dragon: Ishin! (2023): Chapter 13 Walkthrough SPOILERS: This guide covers Chapter 13, The Assassination of Sakamoto Ryoma. It names the chapter's boss and raid destination without explaining the final scenes. BACK IN KYO The city's normal activities are available again. This is a good opportunity to do unfinished training, improve your weapons, and restock after the previous two chapters. Your first objective is to check on Haruka. Take the boat to your second home, then return to Kyo when you are ready. You don't need to clear her debt or complete a farming target for this step. Go upstairs at Teradaya and speak to Nakaoka. The next destination is Matsunoi, north of Teradaya. Follow the marker and bloodstains to the confrontation inside. BOSS: TAKEDA KANRYUSAI Takeda carries two pistols and tries to create distance with sidesteps, kicks and evasive movement. Avoid his opening volley and close in while he recovers. Take short opportunities to hit him rather than expecting a complete combination every time you reach him. Wild Dancer is useful for staying mobile and keeping pressure on him. Gunman is also an option if closing the gap is giving you trouble. Use your equipped Heat Actions and Trooper abilities to interrupt his shooting or do reliable damage when an opening appears. Afterward, you have another break before the raid. Buy medicine and prepare a way to break armor. Acid Rounds, armor-effective equipment, and suitable damage abilities are particularly useful for the last group. When ready, save and interact with the futon in your Teradaya room. Choose “Head to Omiya” to advance. THE OMIYA RAID Clear the starting room, break through the sliding doors, and defeat the next group. The corridor opens into a much larger ambush. Avoid rushing into the center and letting opponents close in on every side. Doorways and narrow approaches can help you keep them in front of you. Break the boxes at the end to reach the gunmen. Deal with them, collect the nearby medicine, then break the next obstruction. An enemy pulls you into another room along the following corridor; clear that fight before continuing. The final group contains three armored enemies and two unarmored fighters. Reduce the smaller threats and use your armor-breaking attacks or Acid Rounds on the protected opponents. Keep moving until you can focus on one safely instead of spreading ordinary attacks across three intact armor bars. Once the group is defeated, go upstairs. The closing scenes finish Chapter 13; there is no additional named boss waiting after that final group.
