Like a Dragon: Ishin! Guide: All 16 Wanted Men Requests

Like a Dragon: Ishin! Guide: All 16 Wanted Men Requests Wanted Men has its own completion list. Finishing all 72 substories won't automatically finish these bounties, and some of the rewards matter for training and later fights. To begin, explore the western upper walkway in Mukurogai. Defeat the men in Tengu masks and meet Omatsu. She takes you into Tachibanagumi HQ, south of the arena on the second floor. That's where you collect the requests and report back. Read the board, accept the available requests and return after finishing them. If nothing new appears, finish the other request in that batch, then leave Mukurogai and come back. Taking the boat to Fushimi and back reloads the area. You can reread the current notice under Completion List → Wanted Men. 1. Jozo Tengu: Tarobo Talk to the masked group by Shady Bar in Umekojicho, Rakugai, and defeat them. Report back for 2 ryo. 2. Jozo Tengu: Jozo Speak to the men discussing Tengu just inside Mukurogai's north gate. Exit toward Rakugai and find the masked man near the Jizo statue in East Umekojicho. Follow the encounter and win the fight. Reward: 4 ryo. 3. Chivalrous Shinobi: White Ninja Go to South Fushimi Ichibangai, south of Uorin Fish Market. Approach the woman at the water wheel to trigger the robbery. Chase the ninja north, around the corner to the east and then south. Sprint close enough to use the capture prompt. This is a chase, not a sword fight. Reward: 2 ryo. 4. Touken Clan: Ichimonji Walk down the street immediately behind Teradaya in Kuramachi. Be ready for a surprise button prompt before the fight. Against his raised-sword stance, guard or dodge the opening attack and strike during the recovery instead of running straight into the blade. Winning returns you to HQ. Reward: 2 ryo. 5. Chivalrous Shinobi: Blue Ninja Approach the woman near the Jizo statue in North Fushimi Ichibangai. This time you must catch ten ninjas. They stay around the shopping streets, so keep circling and use the capture prompt as you close the gap. Report back after catching all ten. Reward: 2 ryo. 6. Touken Clan: Aramasa First walk the alley north of Shady Bar, between the arms dealer and Creepy Bar. Survive the ambush and defeat Aramasa. Then head south of the Rakugai Arms Dealer for another encounter. Expect another button prompt and a second attacker, Kyuhei. Defeat both to return to HQ. Reward: 2 ryo. Do the blue-ninja chase before Aramasa if both are available. The latter brings you back to the headquarters anyway. 7. Escort Request Speak with Omatsu and Akumi at HQ, then meet Akumi outside Mukurogai's northern entrance. Escort him north toward Shikokuya and defeat the attackers along the way. Reward: 2 ryo. 8. Touken Clan: Yukimitsu Inspect the board at HQ and speak to Omatsu. Tell her you're ready to travel to the hideout, then defeat Yukimitsu's group. Rewards include 5 ryo and Book of Revelations: Smash. Keep the book; receiving it is only the first step toward learning its move. 9. Chivalrous Shinobi: Green Ninja Find the woman by the railing at the southern end of South Teramachi Street in Rakunai. Chase and capture three green ninjas. Reward: 3 ryo. 10. Jozo Tengu Gang Talk to the men outside Uji Tea Parlor in Rakugai and defeat them. Reward: 3 ryo. 11. Chivalrous Shinobi: Tojiro Meet the green ninja just south of Fushimi Dojo in North Yashikimachi. He takes you to the hideout for the fight with Tojiro and his men. Rewards include 5 ryo and a Tear of the Dragon. 12. Jozo Tengu: Tarobo Return to Mukurogai's ground floor. Find the masked group at the northern end of the central path, west of Paradise, and fight them. 13. Chivalrous Shinobi: Red Ninja Speak to the woman in South Umekojicho, just north of the Fushimi entrance. Catch the single red ninja she points out. 14. Touken Clan: Remnants Walk near the Jizo statue by the palanquin in northern Rakunai to trigger the ambush. Watch for the button prompt, then defeat the six swordsmen. 15. Jozo Tengu: Jozo After finishing requests 12–14, go to the shrine in northwestern Rakunai. Defeat the group waiting there. This brings the story back to HQ and opens the last confrontation. 16. Inabara Akumi Go to the riverside in eastern Sannocho, Rakugai. Bring healing and upgraded equipment for Akumi and his men. Thin out the support enemies before committing to a long attack on the boss. Don't let the earlier easy bounties convince you to arrive unprepared. After the final fight Collect the 15-ryo reward and Virtuous Hood from Omatsu. Check Teradaya for the completion letter, then speak to Bakumatsu Bob at the back of the inn to collect White Dragon Spear. Once Battle Dungeons are available, also check outside Shinsengumi HQ for Yukimitsu, Tojiro and Jozo Tengu and recruit them. Finally, confirm all 16 Wanted Men entries are complete. Don't stop just because the last fight ended.
