Lost Judgment: Dance Club, all four songs, EX Solos, and TownGo scores Dance Club has four songs. Practice each one, then pass its competition to move the investigation forward. Easy is fine for the story, but you'll need higher scores for TownGo. The four TownGo targets are: - Let's Dance!: over 100,000. - Long Drill on the Beach: over 120,000. - Esmeralda: over 100,000. - Girls: over 110,000. Try Normal when going for these scores. It has more notes, so there are more points available. Easy is useful for learning a song and passing the story performances, but leaves less room for mistakes when chasing the TownGo targets, especially on Girls. Let's Dance! and the first competition After the Chapter 2 introduction, visit Amasawa in the MRC and return to Nishizono in the basement Dance Club room. Pass the first practice, then the second. Speak to Nishizono about the sugar-baby rumor when that conversation appears. Finish the third practice, then choose to go to the dance meet. You still handle the rhythm inputs during competitions, even though Yagami isn't dancing. You can retry if you fail. Pass this one to meet the team's rival and unlock the next song. Long Drill on the Beach and Maika's investigation Return to the clubroom for Nishizono's scene, then leave and come back. You'll receive the Locking textbook and start the second song. After the first practice, follow the investigation marker on Isezaki Road. Maika Takanashi is inside Pocket Café, visible through the window in a brown coat. She is not one of the uniformed girls standing outside. Select her during the search, talk to Amasawa, then tail Maika to the meeting in the parking garage. Stay behind cover when she checks her surroundings. Defeat Kasai and his group. At the MRC, ask every question about the Professor and Kotoko Itokura. Visit Itokura with Amasawa and invite her to the MRC. Return to the clubroom to review the website. Return to Dance Club, complete the next practice, and watch the scene about Itokura returning to school. When the former adviser Komekado appears, find him near the second-floor faculty area. He gives you the Popping textbook. Return to the dancers, finish the last practice, then pass the regional competition. Robotics Club unlocks after this section. You'll need Appeal 3 to continue Dance Club. Esmeralda Speak with Komekado outside the club, then go inside. Complete Esmeralda's three practices, then pass the competition. Some notes land between beats on the harder difficulties, so watch the markers closely. When Nishizono stops attending, you'll need Appeal 5 and Chapter 8 before you can continue. Work on the other clubs and the main story until you've reached both. Girls and the final Dance Jam Once you've reached Appeal 5 and Chapter 8, talk to Takanashi and practice Girls once. Visit the MRC when Amasawa asks, agree to the investigation, and equip a disguise before leaving. After the conversation with Nishizono, return for the second practice. Visit Norizuki in Hamakita Park. Once she has helped bring Nishizono back, complete the third practice and travel to Dance Jam. During the venue search, inspect the suspicious man carrying a backpack near the stage on the right. Stop him, defeat Sakakiba and the Neo Keihin group, then perform Girls. Finish the performance to complete the investigation and earn Hop, Step, Rabbits. EX Solos Equip three EX Solos before playing. The letter in each move's name tells you what it does: - A helps fill the Groove Gauge. Use it if you're struggling to pass. - B makes the note markers accept any face button. Use it for patterns where you keep pressing the wrong button. - C turns successful hits into Perfects. You'll still need to hit the notes. - D gives you more points for successful notes. Use it when going for TownGo scores. Save D for a busy section you can play reliably. Use B if you keep pressing the wrong buttons, or C if your timing is costing you Perfects. The base game starts you with four moves and adds three four-move sets: - Locking: you receive this after the first competition, when the second song begins. - Popping: from Komekado before the second competition. - Breakdancing: buy the Dance Textbook for 5,000 Skate Points at the Skateboard Prize Exchange. That gives you sixteen EX Solos in the base game. The School Stories Expansion Pack adds another set through the Special textbook, but you don't need it for the base-game records. Outfits and costs Hustle Boutique sells Formal for ¥28,000 and Hip Hop for ¥36,000. For Idol, first obtain the design from Onodera for 3,000 SP, then take it to Hustle Boutique and pay ¥98,000 for the outfit. The School outfit is DLC. Outfits are cosmetic and don't improve your scores. Completion checklist - Four competitions passed and the Dance investigation at 100%. - Let's Dance! score above 100,000. - Long Drill on the Beach score above 120,000. - Esmeralda score above 100,000. - Girls score above 110,000. You don't need to clear every song on every difficulty for the TownGo School missions.
