Lost Judgment: Every Girlfriend and the Detective Essentials Cases There are four relationship routes, but only Emily S. Mochizuki is in the base game. Minato Todo, Kyoko Hakase, and Tsukino Saotome require the Detective Essentials Pack. Their twelve cases are separate from the base game's 42-case completion requirement. They are not part of The Kaito Files. This guide covers all four routes, their introductions, date conditions, investigation targets, and final events. Some dates need a particular time of day. Daytime and sunset are different states, which matters especially for Kyoko. Premium Adventure makes time changes easier after the main story. Building intimacy Purple hearts mark available relationship meetings after the relevant introduction. Build intimacy through conversations, outings, and gifts, then complete the event that opens at the next threshold. A full-looking meter without a new event usually means that a story scene, location, phone call, or time condition is still missing. Each woman has three special conversation topics. Listen at hangout spots for pink keywords and use the resulting topics when speaking with her. Each gives a one-time boost. After using them, repeat outings rather than expecting the same conversation to keep paying out. Batting and darts provide repeatable outings. Kyoko also plays shogi. Win or perform well for better intimacy gains. Emily likes jewelry; Minato likes stuffed animals and energy drinks; Tsukino likes stuffed animals and jewelry. Gifts help, but they do not bypass required date scenes. Do not assume Judgment's rejection rules apply here. Leaving the final meeting untouched leaves its Side Case unfinished. Finish the entire confession conversation when clearing the route. The base trophy Irresistible Charm is associated with the first confession. The Detective Essentials trophy group adds Such a Flirt for two relationships, Hopeless Romantic for three, and All's Fair in Love for all four. Emily S. Mochizuki: base game Finish the Girls' Bar School Story first. Return to Girl's Bite and speak to Emily while she is on break near the dartboard. Ask to know when she is working. When she later messages, choose the food invitation. Meet her at the waiting point in the southeast corner of Jinnai Station. Step By Step, case 38 This is the first proper date. At Plage, inspect her hair, the right side of her jacket, and her hands on the right. The favorable responses are: - Hair: “It's beautiful.” - Jacket: “I bet you get hit on often.” - Hands: “Your nails are super cute.” Finish the scene, then continue spending time together until the next event opens. Broken Barriers, case 39 The second date has three main observation targets: - Hair: “Just thinking about how beautiful you are.” - Jacket: “I like what you're wearing today.” - Bag on the right: “I wanna say... friends.” After those observations, discuss every available topic about her past. Do not leave as soon as the observation section ends. We Mend, We Grow, case 40 Raise intimacy to level 4. Be in Ijincho at night for her call, then meet her at Jinnai Station. Complete the final conversation. This closes Emily's route and its last base-game Side Case. If Emily is not offering dates yet, return to the Girls' Bar School Story and check that it is actually finished. Completing her bar conversations is not the same as finishing the investigation around the bar. Minato Todo: Detective Essentials Why I Don the Costume, case 43 After obtaining Buzz Researcher and returning to Kamurocho in Chapter 3, investigate the “mascot” keyword. Go to Children's Park at the western end of Shichifuku Street. The mascot's name is Kamulop. Use the Noise Amp to find the occupied costume behind the swings. Give its exhausted wearer water; the nearby Poppo sells some if needed. Yagami takes over the costume and goes to Theater Square. Complete all four incidents there: 1. Speak to the scout bothering the woman directly ahead of the starting position. 2. Near Club SEGA, intervene between the two men west of the entrance. Choose to step in and complete the button prompt. 3. Talk to the boy in pink by the south side of the raised stage. Push the stick upward for the balloon rescue. 4. Speak to the mother in gray outside Club SEGA. Find her son toward the south of the square. He has blue shoes, a checkered coat, and glasses. The case awards an Eye of the Dragon and opens Minato's relationship route. Her usual meeting place is M Side Café. Stand By Me, case 44 Build intimacy until her notebook appears on the café floor. Pick it up without reading it for the better reaction later. Call Minato and meet her at Theater Square; the date continues at Café Alps. Inspect her eyes and suggest drawing eyes on the eyelids. Inspect the costume head and say that they must trust her to let her keep it. Examine the tea and notebook too. Continue through the observations of Minato, the notebook, the tea, and Kamulop, then inspect the poster on the back wall. Offer to become her comedy partner at the end. Kamuro Night Live, case 45 Reach intimacy level 3 and be outside in Kamurocho at night for her call. Meet her at the Tenkaichi Street gate, then walk to Theater Square. The comedy routine has seven responses in this order: 1. Push up to give the response maximum force. 2. Select the lower response. 3. “What are you, a waitress?” 4. “God, I'm broke!” 5. Select the lower response. 6. Push up for maximum force again. 7. “What year is this!?” These are timed prompts, so read the order before starting. Winning gives a better intimacy boost. Speak to her about the contest afterward, then keep building the relationship. Can't Be Kamulop Forever, case 46 At level 4, visit the entrance to Kamuro Theater to see Minato speaking with someone. After that scene, walk around Kamurocho at night for her call. Meet her in Children's Park and complete the confession. Kyoko Hakase: Detective Essentials Somebody's Watching You, case 47 Find the frightened woman partway along Hyakkei Street in Ijincho's Koreatown. Speak to her, leave the immediate area, and wait for her call. Meet at the southern end of the street to investigate the alleged stalker. There are three observation stops. At the first, inspect the man and the cat. At the second, inspect the man, the cat, and both students. At the third, inspect the man and the cat again. The repeated cat is the answer. Afterward, Kyoko invites Yagami to the nurse's office at Seiryo High. Visit during the day for the introductory scene. If she is absent, advance to another genuine daytime story period rather than assuming sunset counts. After the introduction, nighttime is the reliable window for her regular meetings. Melody of the Night, case 48 At intimacy level 2, visit the nurse's office at night. The initial calling volume does not matter. For the room inspection: - Inspect her clothing and answer “White coat.” - Inspect the eye chart at the back left. - Inspect the Ono Michio figure. - Inspect the first-aid kit at the lower left. Either response works here. - After the figure and kit conversations, inspect the bed at the back right. - Inspect the papers in front of her. Finish the dialogue, accompany her home, and defeat the two men who interrupt the walk. The resulting treatment scene completes the case. She can provide treatment afterward. Gentle treatment gives a small health recovery and a Mysterious Leaf. Vigorous treatment can give a larger recovery and Staminan Light, but can instead reduce health and award a leaf. It is optional, not a reason to arrive critically injured. Continue her meetings through the additional treatment cutscene during level 2. That scene is part of the route, so do not skip it while checking only the numbered cases. Just a Slight Feeling, case 49 At intimacy level 3, go to the Seiryo courtyard during the day, not sunset. Approach the cat by the large tree and call it Cherry. When Kyoko arrives, inspect her face and ask whether sunbathing is good for the body. Also inspect the students, noticeboard, courtyard tables, and Cherry. The next part requires nighttime: pick Kyoko up and accompany her to Eomeoni's Vow. Push the stick fully upward for both shouting prompts, then defeat the Nasty Man. Finish the remaining conversation to close the case. The Dream Continues, case 50 Reach intimacy level 4. During the day, find Kyoko by the cafeteria vending machine at Seiryo. After that scene, return to Seiryo at night for her call. Meet her at Harbor Light in the Bar District and complete the confession. The common problem here is waiting in the wrong place. The final call needs nighttime and Yagami to be at Seiryo after the cafeteria scene. Tsukino Saotome: Detective Essentials The Filthy Four, case 51 Finish Why I Don the Costume and advance the Biker Gang School Story. The request then becomes available at the Yagami Detective Agency as “Let's Talk About Perverts.” The precise minimum biker event is not consistently documented, so finish that investigation if the request is still absent rather than treating a guessed race number as a guaranteed trigger. The case involves sexual harassment and a kidnapping. It reconnects Yagami with Yosuke and Tsukino Saotome from Judgment. Use the supplied Buzz keywords in this practical order: 1. “panties”: Visit Bar Tender and inspect Mari's shopping bag. Use Ranpo to follow the scent west and defeat the professor's followers. 2. “Ass Catchem”: On the east side of Nakamichi Street, inspect both the Kamulop costume and the woman in purple. Then speak to the mascot. 3. “Judge Creep 'n Peep”: Visit the Hotel District at night and use the Noise Amp to locate him. After the kidnapping call, visit the marked Taihei Boulevard location near the theater. Use Ranpo to follow the trail north. At the destination, inspect the vent above the sign. Climb the pipes on the left. Go up and right, descend onto the plank, move right, climb again, then go right and down to the vent. Inside, see all three required scenes: the pink-lit room on the second floor, the other second-floor room, and the first-floor scene. The favorable answer in the pink room gives a Hug Bomb Omega. Return to the second floor, go through the barred door, and continue to the third floor for the group fight. Giant Impact is the toughest opponent; do not lose track of him while dealing with the smaller enemies. Finish the case to receive Multi-Leggings 3 and open Tsukino's route. Starting the relationship The introduction finishes at night. In the normal story progression, the next suitable daytime opportunity is Chapter 9. Find Tsukino working at Pocket Café in Ijincho. She initially leaves the conversation; return and bring a gift. Repeat the brief gift-and-conversation visits three times. UFO Catcher stuffed animals work well. As Changes the Day, So Does the Mind, case 52 The next scene involves Kento Amasawa and Tsukino's work for Seiryo. Speak to her when ready to take the school photograph; this part needs daytime or sunset. For dodgeball, stand to the left of the group so the brown-haired thrower and the player dodging the ball both fit in the image. Zoom, focus, and take the shot during the dodge. The correct action matters more than rushing the first animation. Back at Pocket Café, inspect her earrings, forehead, blouse, coffee, and laptop. For the forehead response, tell her how mature she has become. For the blouse, compliment the outfit. Making the Best Choice, case 53 Reach intimacy level 2. The photography appointment needs daytime or sunset, and Nishizono and Takanashi must currently be available in the Dance Club. If they are absent for a school-story event, advance that event before trying again. Any offered outfit works. Position Yagami with his back toward the wall and move right near the speaker. Frame the two front dancers and the ponytailed dancer on the left. Take the photograph when the ponytailed dancer winks. In the cafeteria, inspect the background on the right and ask whether she still draws for fun. Inspect her face, buy warm cocoa, choose the funny face with the stick around the middle of the meter, then choose the funny reference. Standing Proud Together, case 54 Tsukino's final trigger is intimacy level 3, not level 4. Wait until night for her call, then return to Pocket Café for the confession. Case totals and stalled events The base game contributes Emily's three dating cases. Detective Essentials adds the three introductory cases and nine follow-up cases, bringing the numbered list from 42 to 54 when installed. The paid relationship trophies are their own group and do not expand the requirements for the base-game platinum. If a route stops progressing, check that the previous case is closed, you have reached the intimacy threshold, the city and time of day are correct, and the relevant school-story characters are available.
