Judgment: KamuroGo, Restaurant Menus, and the Remaining Collectibles
Open KamuroGo before you start the last round of cleanup. Expand any unfinished entry with a checklist prompt. The total percentage includes more than the restaurant and minigame lists, so check your friends, side cases, skills, and dating progress too.
You can finish this work in Premium Adventure. Keep that save separate from New Game+, which resets story and relationship progress.
This covers the first Judgment and its remaster.
CITY MISSION TARGETS
These are the final totals for the repeatable City objectives. Earlier tiers unlock along the way; you do not need to start their counters again.
• Complete all 50 friendships.
• Talk to people 300 times. Shopkeepers and activity attendants count.
• Eat at restaurants 50 times. A meal transaction counts once, even when you order several dishes.
• Earn ¥30 million cumulatively. Spending it does not reduce the earned-money counter.
• Walk or run 100 km.
• Take 100 photos. Drone photographs count too.
• Pick 50 locks. Both pin locks and thumb-turn bypasses count.
• Drink 15 different types of alcohol at venues.
• Take 20 taxi rides.
• Defeat 1,000 enemies in qualifying encounters.
• Perform 300 EX Actions.
• Defeat 300 enemies with weapons.
• Break 1,000 objects during battle.
• Defeat 300 enemies during EX Boost.
• Defeat 1,000 enemies in Tiger and 1,000 in Crane.
• Defeat 200 enemies with wall-jump attacks.
• Defeat 200 enemies without taking damage.
• Play minigames 300 times.
• Receive 30 greetings from close friends around the city.
• Use 100 extracts.
• Fully fund at least 15 Quickstarter projects, and finish every G.A. Labs stage.
There are also specific activity objectives:
• Mahjong: three Mangan-or-better wins, one Haneman-or-better win, one Three Color Straight, and one Riichi Ippatsu.
• Blackjack: 30,000 chips won.
• Poker: 30,000 chips won.
• Drone QR codes: ten each for frames, motors, propellers, turbo, and ESCs.
• Puzzle Shogi: all ten puzzles.
• PS4 office pinball: ten plays and a score of 500.
• Remaster office Out Run: ten completed plays and a score of two million.
The Shop lists have additional requirements for these games. For example, your mahjong hand objectives do not replace the wins at each parlor, and ordinary shogi wins do not replace the ten puzzles.
FINISHING THE COMBAT COUNTERS
Look at the remaining totals before choosing how to fight. If Tiger is finished and Crane is hundreds behind, use Crane against ordinary groups. For weapon defeats, the weapon needs to deliver the finishing hit. Picking up a bicycle after the enemies are already dead does nothing.
Use normal weapon swings while durability remains, then an EX finisher when the opportunity appears. A weapon EX Action destroys the object, so using it immediately can cost several ordinary hits.
For wall-jump defeats, run toward a usable wall and launch the appropriate attack. Leapfrogging over an enemy is a different action. Weaken an enemy first if your wall attack is not finishing them.
Fight near breakable furniture and small objects while working on the destruction counter. Paradise VR's object-smashing bonuses also help. For no-damage progress, clear weak groups cleanly and use EX protection rather than trading hits.
Do the money and VR work before grinding extra street fights. VR battles contribute to several combat totals, and you may finish them while earning the money you need anyway.
THE SMALL COUNTERS
Koizuka's repeat lock jobs and VR safe spaces provide more locks after the story. Check his Kamurocho locksmith events if this is the last objective left.
For minigame plays, actually play before quitting. Opening a cabinet and immediately backing out is not a reliable way to increase the count. A completed blackjack hand followed by leaving and starting again is a short option if you still need plays after every game's other objectives are done.
For greetings, pass your completed friends in the streets and let their greeting happen. The 300-conversation counter and 30-greeting counter are separate.
If only taxis remain, travel between stops that leave you near another taxi. If only photographs remain, take the missing pictures with the phone; you do not need new subjects for every shot.
RESTAURANT COMPLETION
Buy Bottomless Stomach for 5,000 SP after completing Haoyu Xiu's friendship at the Tenkaichi Street Akaushimaru. It allows meals at full health, so you can finish menus without finding fights between orders.
Eat or drink every listed item at each business. Shared restaurant branches normally share menu credit, but a special dish may only be sold at one branch. The same drink at two different businesses still needs to be ordered at both if both lists require it.
The numbers below count individual food and drink items, not the extra medals for finishing a whole menu.
• Cafe Mijore: 16. Finish Kazuhisa Norimoto and Miharu Shima's shared friendship story for the special item.
• Smile Burger: 10. Hanae Ida unlocks the Legendary Smile Set at the northwest Theater Square branch. Order it there.
• Akaushimaru: 8. Hiroto Nasugawa at the Hotel District branch unlocks the additional dish. Haoyu's Tenkaichi friendship provides Bottomless Stomach instead.
• M Side Cafe: 16. Complete Mami Sakuma's cake-tasting friendship.
• Bantam: 13. Finish the owner's troublesome-customer event for the special cocktail.
• Kanrai: 16. Complete Fumio Matsuzaki's quiz and follow-up confrontation.
• Kyushu No. 1 Star: 8. Complete the owner's ramen friendship.
• Sushi Gin: 11. Finish Kenta Uozumi's customer-service event.
• Cafe Alps: 12. Complete Toshikazu Sagara's coffee tasting for Kopi Luwak.
• Quadra Garden: 9. Finish Kaede Sanada's English-help event.
• Wild Jackson: 8. Complete Takeo Inose's business event.
• Wette Kitchen: 7. Complete Yasuhiro Furuya's collaboration event; progress Inose's friendship alongside it.
• Fuji Soba: 9.
• Yoronotaki: 19.
• Gindaco Highball Tavern: 17.
• Ringer Hut: 11.
• Sushi Zanmai: 5.
• Ikinari Steak: 7.
• Earth Angel: 10.
• Shellac: 15.
• Gyu-Kaku: 12.
• Beef Zone: 9. Kim's restaurant friendship opens the menu later in the story.
A “???” food entry usually means the associated friendship is unfinished. Buying the same ordinary meal repeatedly will not reveal it. Finish the friendship, return to the restaurant, and order the new item.
Leave Shellac's expensive drinks until you can afford them comfortably. Eating somewhere new during the story also reduces the amount left for this stage.
THE TWELVE CAPSULE TOYS
Go to Game Center Charles near the eastern Park Boulevard taxi. Head west from that taxi to the first accessible yellow building on the map and use the stairs down to the arcade.
The two capsule machines are around the arcade entrance, one just outside and one inside. Each contains a different six-toy Decor-ocean series. You need all six from both machines.
Check Charles in KamuroGo to see which set is unfinished. The hidden rare for Series 1 is Megalodon; Series 2's is Coelacanth. Keep using the corresponding machine until its list is complete. Duplicates do not fill a missing entry, and switching to the other machine will not produce a rare from the first set.
This is random. There is no particular order of button presses or guaranteed purchase count that produces the rare toy.
THE FIVE FUKA SHIRANUI PAINTINGS
These belong to Fukutsu's friendship at Ebisu Pawn:
• Suzuran: Onodera's sewer shop, 500 SP.
• Tsubaki: L'Amant exchange, 5,000 chips.
• Botan: Dragon's Palace second-floor casino, 5,000 chips.
• Ume: Dragon's Palace third-floor gambling hall, 5,000 wooden tags.
• Sakura: finish Paradise VR's Middle Normal course with at least five dice remaining.
Take every painting back to Ebisu Pawn and sell it through Fukutsu's event. Owning all five does not finish the friendship until you complete those transactions.
RECORDS FOR THE OFFICE
Each Poppo branch has its own music-fair promotion. Talk to its clerk, then spend ¥7,000 at that branch to earn ten points and its record:
• Poppo Showa MFLP: Showa Street, Alice Ino.
• Poppo Tenkaichi MFLP: Tenkaichi Street, Dwayne Cruise.
• Poppo W. Shichifuku MFLP: West Shichifuku Street, Kiyoshiro Asamura.
• Poppo E. Shichifuku MFLP: East Shichifuku Street, Sota Nonomura.
Sana gives you the Amidst a Dream LP during her dating route, at the start of the second main outing. Complete her side case, answer the texts, and continue her performance and date events to reach it.
Play the records at Yagami's office. Music Appreciation lets the music restore ordinary health while you listen. Mortal wounds still need their own treatment.
EXTRACTS AND THE 100-USE OBJECTIVE
Iyama introduces crafting in Chapter 5 at Dragon's Palace. Make the extracts he requests, then show them to him to unlock further recipe groups.
Growth Extract is inexpensive to craft: two Cheap Plastic and two Shabby Wire. Ebisu Pawn sells those materials for ¥300 and ¥700 each, so the ingredients cost ¥2,000 per extract. It boosts SP by 10% for 180 seconds.
Use it during ordinary play or before drinking Hug Bombs. Every consumed extract advances the 100-use counter. You can consume another before the first expires, but only one extract effect can be active at a time; the new one replaces the old one.
Keep ingredients needed for Iyama's friendship. His final requested One-Two Knockout Extract needs four Exquisite Screws, two Old Circuits, two Mysterious Stones, and four Gold Tuna Cat Food. The cat food comes from Onodera for 70 SP each, not from the ordinary Poppo cat-food stock.
TOMIOKA'S FIVE MEALS
After finishing Rie Tomioka's friendship, return to the agency fridge regularly and eat her food. Pay Your Rent, Yagami requires all five of the regular meals:
• Hamburg Steak.
• Omurice.
• Meat and Potato Stew.
• Beef Stew.
• Fried Shrimp.
The meal is random, so repeats are normal. Her earlier experimental dishes do not replace this five-meal list.
CHECK BEFORE STARTING LEGEND
Confirm the 100% total inside KamuroGo, then check the separate achievement list. Finish all four confession scenes, the five home-cooked meals, 100 shopping transactions, 100 items sold to Ebisu, the drone-view/time tasks, and the Kamuro of the Dead pickups if any remain.
The story-search cats are different from the capsule toys and other collectibles here. Oh Look, a Cat! requires the 14 main-story search cats in one playthrough; optional side-case cats do not make up for a missed story cat.
Keep the completed Premium Adventure save. Use a separate save for Legend so you can return to the finished city afterward.
