Judgment: All 50 Friends and the Cases They Help Unlock If your case board has stopped giving you work, check your friendships. Judgment ties a lot of its optional content to city reputation, and a finished friendship raises that reputation. You need all 50 for the final stretch of side cases. None of these friendships are permanently missable. You can finish them in Premium Adventure. If a character isn't offering the next conversation, leave, do another activity, and come back. Some also need later story progress or another side case. Open KamuroGo, go to City Missions, and expand Friend Challenge to see who you're missing. A full friendship meter is what counts. Simply introducing yourself doesn't. The four Poppo friendships Each branch has its own points account. Speak to the clerk, then spend ¥7,000 at that branch to earn ten points and its music record. Spending everything at one Poppo doesn't finish the other three. 1. Alice Ino: Poppo on Showa Street. 2. Dwayne Cruise: Poppo on Tenkaichi Street. 3. Kiyoshiro Asamura: Poppo on West Shichifuku Street. 4. Sota Nonomura: Poppo on East Shichifuku Street. Restaurants, cafes, and shops 5. Kaede Sanada, Quadra Garden: help with her English questions across repeat visits. The misunderstood requests concern holding a customer's baggage and getting food to go. Return for the conclusion and the additional menu item. 6. Hanae Ida, Smile Burger at NW Theater Square: eat, hear her proposal, and take part in the smiling-photo contest. Return for the next photo and its result. This unlocks the Legendary Smile Set at this branch. 7. Haoyu Xiu, Akaushimaru on Tenkaichi Street: keep eating and speaking with him until the dine-and-dash event. Identify what happened, chase the customer, and complete the scene. The Art of Gluttony book unlocks Bottomless Stomach for purchase. 8. Hiroto Nasugawa, Akaushimaru in the Hotel District: try his dishes and help with the missing recipe. Collect it at M Side Cafe near the counter/entrance area and bring it back. Return for the finished dish. 9. Kunio Ichinose, Ikinari Steak: eat and speak to him outside. During the later introduction, remember his assistant's name: Motomura. Finish the follow-up conversation. 10. Fumio Matsuzaki, Kanrai: eat, then return for the meat quiz. The answers are small intestine, stomach, and flank. Check back afterward, intervene when the troublesome customer returns, and defeat him to complete the friendship. 11. Kenta Uozumi, Sushi Gin: eat and help him remember what customers need. Answer tea, soy sauce, and the sushi plates across the successive visits. Return once more to finish the relationship and unlock the extra dish. 12. Kyushu No. 1 Star owner: begin by eating there. Answer honey when discussing the ramen, then encourage him to make his own fancy ramen. Watch the follow-up events outside and speak to him inside to finish. 13. Mami Sakuma, M Side Cafe: eat the four cakes and give her feedback. Return when the new dessert is ready, then try it. Menu completion and friendship progress work together here. 14. Naotaro Terahara, Le Marche: make a purchase, then return for the later interactions. Help when the customer causes trouble over alterations. A subsequent visit finishes the friendship and gives you a tailored suit disguise. 15. Bantam owner: progress through the visits and the troublesome-customer discussion, available around the Honey Trap side case. Tell him the disputed drink is an original from another bar. Finish the conversation to unlock his special cocktail. 16. Kim Won-soon, Beef Zone: his restaurant friendship becomes available later in the story. Give all four business suggestions: family special, desserts, free rice refills, and lower prices. Continue visiting through the outcome. You need this before completing Beef Zone's menu. 17. Takeo Inose, Wild Jackson on Tenkaichi Street: agree to help his business. Ask Tsukumo about what customers want and suggest specials. Later, encourage Inose to be optimistic. His conclusion overlaps with Furuya's event at Wette Kitchen. 18. Yasuhiro Furuya, Wette Kitchen on West Taihei Boulevard: discuss the collaboration with a fast-food business. Progress Inose's Wild Jackson friendship too, then attend the shared Wette Kitchen conversation. If either meter stalls, check the other manager. 19. Kazuhisa Norimoto, Cafe Mijore: speak to him about Miharu, leave, and return for the alternating conversations. Keep passing information between them until their story resolves. 20. Miharu Shima, Cafe Mijore: this is the other half of Norimoto's event. Return to the cafe between conversations rather than expecting both characters' entire chains to happen in one visit. 21. Toshikazu Sagara, Cafe Alps: accept the coffee-tasting challenges. The coffee samples can vary, so don't blindly follow a fixed three-answer list. Match Yagami's description: - Blue Mountain: smooth, refined, balanced sourness and bitterness. - Java Robusta: burnt-wheat aroma, little acidity, bitterness with sweetness. - Mocha: lingering bitterness and fruity acidity. - Toraja: full-bodied bitterness with little acidity. - Jamaican: deep bitterness, slight sweetness, earthy finish. - Guatemalan: fruity acidity balanced by bitterness and a sweet aroma. - Kona: refreshing acidity, light sweetness, little bitterness. - Blended: strong, sharp bitterness. For the final comparison, identify the Blue Mountain sample from that balanced description. Finishing the challenge unlocks Kopi Luwak on the menu. The people who open useful systems 22. Makoto Tsukumo, Mantai Internet Cafe: this is introduced in Chapter 1. Buy the requested Love Star figure from Ebisu Pawn for ¥10,000 and deliver it. 23. Goro Moroboshi, the sewer clinic: enter through the Children's Park manhole after the Chapter 2 introduction. For the later emergency, go to Public Park Three and recruit the donor among the men by the barrel fire. The clinic is also where you buy medical kits and treat mortal wounds. 24. Morio Onodera, the sewers: available from Chapter 5. Make three separate SP purchases. Cheap items are fine; you don't need three expensive skill books. His expanded stock matters for the VR voucher, painting, and drone blueprints. 25. Shin Fujimori, south Nakamichi Street: the Chapter 6 Quickstarter introduction starts this. Fund a project and return to speak to him when the event is ready. 26. Noboru Tateyama, southern Tenkaichi Street: after Quickstarter is introduced, fund his renovation project, return, then fund the second stage. Finish the final conversation and photograph. 27. Toshiro Koizuka, Kamuro Lock & Key on Senryo Avenue: Tomioka introduces him outside the agency during Chapter 6. Take his locksmith jobs, visit the yellow-key markers, open the locks, and report back. Continue until his meter is full; he keeps offering paid work afterward, so additional jobs aren't proof the friendship is unfinished. 28. Iyama, Dragon's Palace fourth floor: the Chapter 5 story introduces extracts. Return and make the requested recipes in order: Throw, Power Attack, Stealth, and One-Two Knockout. Check the recipe menu before shopping so you're buying the correct ingredient tier. The last recipe needs Gold Tuna Cat Food from Onodera, not the ordinary convenience-store version. 29. Rie Tomioka: meet her after eating at Smile Burger on Nakamichi Street. Then check the agency fridge between activities, try her experimental meals, and answer her messages. After friendship completion, keep returning for the five ordinary meals required by Pay Your Rent, Yagami. 30. Sebastian Hutton, Millennium Tower basement: win Beginner Drone League, speak to him behind the desk, and scan all 50 drone-build codes. Report each ten-code category. The five skill posters aren't part of his 50. 31. Shuichi Hatano, Yoshida Batting Center: clear early batting courses and speak to him on the bench beside the cages. Buy Batting Gloves for ¥3,000. After more course clears, buy the Golden Bat for ¥30,000. These also make the remaining baseball work easier. 32. Yoshida, Yoshida Batting Center: finish the regular Challenge and Home Run courses, then accept his additional courses. Clear Home Run Hell and the Chaotic Challenge to finish. The rewards include a VR Free Pass voucher and the EX Bat Appropriation skill book. 33. Yurika Tachibana: play at Lullaby Mahjong to trigger the introduction, then go to Tachibana Mahjong in Nakamichi Alley. First complete a game there and let the results/conversation play out. Once she asks for it, win a hand while YOU are the Wareme player. A win at another parlor, or a Wareme win before that request, isn't the same step. Fighting, photographs, and other errands 34. Ryan Acosta: first find him clinging to a building near KJ Art using the drone. Later play darts upstairs at Club SEGA, Theater Square, and beat his challenge. Leave, deal with the street encounter, then defeat Ryan in the duel. He can help in street fights afterward. 35. Kenji Tanago, Shichifuku Parking Lot: complete both timed “hit me” challenges. An appropriate EX action is useful because ordinary attacks are easy for him to evade. Arrive with EX gauge, and don't rely on a particular loose object being present in both rounds. 36. Tashiro-kun: his late-game event begins around West Shichifuku Street near the law-office area. Rescue him from the yakuza, return for the follow-up information, then find him in New Serena Alley and intervene again. This friendship is needed for Yosuke's longer chain. 37. Ryo Suzaki, Earth Angel: this becomes available late in the story. Buy the alcohol-tolerance upgrades and arrive sober. Complete the repeated drinking challenges, giving yourself time to sober up between visits. He's another of Yosuke's required introductions. 38. Shun Isaka, Shichifuku Street: you need late story progress and a police chase from letting a street fight run too long. Complete his two chase challenges when his marker appears. He gives the Art of the Thunder Fist book for EX Running Wall Smash. 39. Takemitsu owner, East Shichifuku Street: after the Chapter 7 story encounter, return to his unmarked shop east of Kanrai and keep helping with the protection-money thugs until the relationship is complete. 40. Sakura Amamiya, Pink Street: speak to her when the late-game icon appears, then contact her for treatments at the agency. The later request sends you to the Hotel District, where you need to intervene in the confrontation rather than wait for another office visit. 41. Mari, Bar Tender: Chapter 10 introduces her observation game. Examine the customer's clues and predict that he'll leave after two more drinks. For the later challenge, call Tsukumo. 42. Voluptuous Woman, L'Amant: after the story introduces her, win poker hands against her on return visits. A hand she immediately folds out of doesn't give you the same progress. Finish the interactions for the Royal Joker Card reward. 43. Masakazu Nekomiya, Nakamichi Alley: photograph his three requested cats in order. The calico is in the alley east of Yagami's agency. The tabby is high on Little Asia's scaffolding, so use the drone. The black cat is at southern Pink Street beside the woman near the vending machine. Examine/interact when prompted before assuming a normal photo has completed the request. 44. Noboru Hiranuma, Shellac: complete Honey Trap and Interview with a Detective as the relevant targets become available. Take his requested photographs of the blackmailer and vampire performer. For the white crow, work at night and use the rooftop reached by the stairs in the alley south of Public Park Three; the theater rooftop alone doesn't provide the final photo angle. Wait until the bird is unobstructed, then return to Shellac. 45. Hideaki Deguchi, Stardust: finish Reckless Aspirations first. In the first contest, escort the woman in red who needs Bar Tender and take the photo. In the next, connect the worried girl with the boy outside the Nakamichi Club SEGA, then intervene when Deguchi gets into trouble. Support him staying at the club when the scene resolves. 46. Kazufumi Kamaguchi, Turtle Financing: help him after the street encounter, then visit the third-floor office above the Tenkaichi-area businesses. During Keihin threat events, defeat the gang leaders he is pursuing for debts, including Honda and Kasai, and complete the collection scenes. These fights also pay useful early money. 47. Takumi Katagiri, Shellac: finish all three Mystery Writer cases, then talk to him about completed investigations. His story topics include the Twisted Trio, bombings, haunted apartment, Koi Bride incident, wanted criminal, Amane, Ono Michio, and Zhuang Shi. If a topic isn't available, finish the corresponding case chain and return. The three longer completion chains 48. Yosuke Saotome: after Ass Catchem, meet him at the adult-entertainment business and follow the Apple Pie introduction. He later waits in Kamuro Theater's smoking area. Befriend Ryan Acosta, Kenji Tanago, Ryo Suzaki, and Tashiro-kun, then refer all four to Madoka. Return after the referrals and finish Yosuke's final conversation. 49. Shinzato Madoka, Apple Pie above Tenkaichi Street: start through Yosuke's introduction. Upgrade alcohol tolerance and complete her repeat visits. Her final step waits for Yosuke's friendship to finish. Do his referrals first, then return to her instead of spending indefinitely on more drinks. 50. Fukutsu, Ebisu Pawn: sell him the five Fuka Shiranui paintings. Their sources are: - Suzuran: Onodera, 500 SP. - Tsubaki: L'Amant prize exchange, 5,000 chips. - Botan: Dragon's Palace second-floor casino, 5,000 chips. - Ume: Dragon's Palace third-floor gambling exchange, 5,000 wooden tags. - Sakura: clear the middle Dice & Cube course under normal rules with at least five dice remaining. Take each painting to Ebisu Pawn and complete the sale conversation. Collecting the paintings without selling them doesn't finish his event. If you're stuck at 49 Open the expanded Friend Challenge list to identify the missing person. The common bottlenecks are Isaka's police-chase prerequisite, Yosuke waiting for the late-game combat friends, Madoka waiting for Yosuke, Katagiri waiting for a completed case, and Yurika waiting for a Wareme win AFTER her request. Once all 50 are finished, revisit the remaining case markers and the agency board. Some cases also require another case or story event to be finished.
