Judgment: Every Side Case, Every Solution Judgment has 50 side cases. The missing-person jobs, the serial perverts, the flying wig and the final Amon fight all count. Nine arrive through the main story; the rest come from the agency board, Genda Law Office, Bar Tender or cyan markers around Kamurocho. This covers the first Judgment, including its remaster, not Lost Judgment. Full side-case spoilers follow. None of these cases is permanently missable. You can finish them in Premium Adventure. During the story, a missing marker can mean you need more story progress, a different time of day, a completed prerequisite or higher City Reputation. Reputation comes from finishing friendships, one point per completed friend. Simply meeting someone is not enough. Case titles can change between the job listing and your case file. The headings below use the case-file names, with request titles included where useful. The Missing Diamond joins Sashimi of the Fallen; do not count it as a separate 51st case. The Twisted Trio: Panty Professor Unlock: Chapter 2, after The Darkest Place. Accept “There’s a Panty Thief on the Loose!” at the agency board. Meet Yosuke and Tsukino at M Side Cafe. Ask enough about the theft to establish the right bait, then buy the red-laced underwear at Le Marche for ¥10,000. Return to the agency building and use the stairs outside your office to reach the roof. Once the thief’s drone takes the bait, go to Yoshida Batting Center. The stairs around the building’s side lead to the rooftop culprit. You must win a fight, not just locate him. Use the space to avoid his opening attacks and spend EX gauge rather than trading blows. Completing this begins the chain that eventually unlocks Tsukino’s dating events. Reward: ¥50,000. The Twisted Trio: Ass Catchem Unlock: complete Panty Professor and reach City Reputation 5. Agency request: “There’s a Groper on the Loose!” Accepting the job moves you straight into the operation. During the search, identify the man dressed as a runner near the crossing, behind Yosuke. Confirm his identifying features and end the search to begin the chase. Conserve your chase stamina by avoiding obstacles and hitting the prompted inputs. Catching him only starts the final fight. Use nearby objects and EX attacks to stop him without taking unnecessary damage. Afterwards, begin Yosuke’s friendship in the Kamuro Theater smoking area; that contact also matters for Tiger Jacket. Reward: ¥50,000. The Twisted Trio: Judge Creep 'n Peep Unlock: Chapter 3 onward, Reputation 15, Ass Catchem and Secrets of Cats completed. Agency request: “Let’s Chat About a Pervert.” Speak to Yosuke at M Side Cafe, then go to Top of Ocean in the Hotel District, opposite Akaushimaru. Look up at the hotel wall. The target is clinging several floors above street level; looking only at pedestrians will get you nowhere. Use the drone’s shooting function to knock him down. Keep your aim ahead of his movement as he speeds up. The drone sequence has no need for a reckless rush. Once he falls, defeat him on the ground. This finishes the trio, but another case follows later. Reward: ¥50,000. The Pervert King Unlock: Chapter 8, after completing all three Twisted Trio cases. Find Yosuke at the western end of Tenkaichi Alley. Follow the disturbance into Public Park Three and vault the barrier behind the swings. Back at the agency, review the previous offenders’ territories and choose the Hotel District as Giant Impact’s next hunting ground. Wait at the marked Hotel District location and identify the masked man in a hat watching the woman. Tail him until the next scene, then complete the chase. Ishikawa has three health bars, so bring healing before starting this final encounter. Defeat him to close the case and open the way to Tsukino’s relationship storyline. Reward: ¥50,000. Kamurocho’s Mad Bomber Unlock: Chapter 2, after the story’s drone introduction, The Pigeon Takes Flight. Start at the cyan marker in Nakamichi Alley near Ebisu Pawn. After the explosion, follow the beeping to the package beside a gas cylinder near the white car. Examine it. The bomber then calls with the next location hidden in a riddle about an angel and a warrior’s maze. The answer is Earth Angel in the Champion District. Get to the bar before the five-minute timer expires; approaching the correct spot triggers the disarming scene. There is no separate bomb-defusal puzzle to solve. This completes the first encounter, not the entire bomber chain. The Mad Bomber Strikes Again Unlock: Chapter 4, after Kamurocho’s Mad Bomber. Visit the news-screen marker around Theater Square/Theater Avenue. The next call points to an ox at an inn. Go to the Hotel District branch of Akaushimaru, not another Akaushimaru restaurant. Reach the area outside its entrance before the five-minute timer runs out and approach the covered package to trigger the scene. The important distinction is the branch: “ox” identifies the restaurant, while “inn” identifies the Hotel District. Once Yagami deals with the device, this case ends. The bomber’s identity is resolved in the next one. Return of the Mad Bomber Unlock: Chapter 6, after both earlier bomber cases. Talk to Tsukumo near the northeast corner of Millennium Tower. The last clue refers to a pigeon and cherry blossoms. Head to Poppo on Showa Street, at the southern end of Pink Street. Some dialogue and map descriptions call this the Pink Street store; the landmark is the same convenience store at the south end, not Poppo on East Shichifuku. Enter to trigger the bomb scene. Tsukumo then identifies the culprit, and you must beat him in a fight. That confrontation closes the bomber chain. The Mystery Writer’s Stratagem Unlock: Reputation 10. Agency request: “A Publisher’s Request.” Meet Kawada at Cafe Mijore and agree to attend the author’s event. The safe code is 4134. To solve it yourself, treat the letter strings as sums. The examples give A = 1, B = 2, C = 0 and D = 1. Apply those values to each requested expression, then enter the four results in order. Opening the safe secures the manuscript and ends the case. There is no combat or additional search after the puzzle. Reward: ¥180,000. The Mystery Writer’s Gambit Unlock: Reputation 20 and The Mystery Writer’s Stratagem completed. Agency request: “Another Mystery Event!” Return to Kawada at Cafe Mijore for the second event. The safe code is 3412. This puzzle uses the number of digits in a multiplication result. Calculate the product, then count its digits rather than entering the product itself. Zero still occupies one digit. That distinction is what makes an answer such as 222 × 0 produce 1 rather than 0. Enter the four-digit solution to finish. Reward: ¥210,000. The Mystery Writer’s Masterstroke Unlock: Reputation 30 and The Mystery Writer’s Gambit completed. Agency request: “A Final Event.” Meet Kawada at Cafe Mijore once more. The final safe code is 8925. Read the arithmetic as movement around a twelve-hour clock, with twelve represented by zero. Crossing the top of the clock wraps the value around instead of continuing upward; subtraction wraps backward. Work through each line in order, or enter the code directly to claim the manuscript. This is the end of the publisher’s three-case chain. Reward: ¥380,000. The Darkest Place Unlock: automatic Chapter 2 story case, introduced by Saori at Genda Law Office as “Infidelity Investigation.” Meet Noriko outside your agency, then investigate her husband at Heavy Coffee. Tail him until he meets the other woman. Stay near cover and let him finish suspicious pauses rather than walking into his line of sight. For the photo, follow the on-screen conditions and capture the couple as they enter the love hotel. Then tail the woman separately back to Heavy Coffee. Return to the agency to present the result. Completing this opens the regular side-case system, so it is the job to finish before looking for the early agency requests. Reward: ¥80,000. Under the Table Politics Unlock: Reputation 35, Honey Trap completed and Noboru Hiranuma befriended. Take “Photojournalist Job” at Bar Tender. Perform it at night. Meet Hiranuma at Beef Zone on Nakamichi Street. At the restaurant stakeout, wait for the politician’s threatening behavior, then move around the corridor to the room’s outer entrance. Photograph through the door opening from the front. Trying to force the required view from the original window is the obstacle here. Get the politician’s face and the incident into the same valid shot. Once discovered, defeat Miki and his security. Clear the weaker guards first so the politician cannot interrupt you while you deal with the crowd. Way of the Detective Unlock: Chapter 9 onward and Reputation 40. Genda Law Office request: “Second Infidelity Investigation.” Meet the client at your agency, then wait outside her husband’s business on East Shichifuku Street, near Poppo. Tail him to his meeting with another woman and then onward to the hotel. Take a photograph with his face clearly visible and satisfy the other photo conditions before ending the stakeout. Another detective, Oka, offers to buy your evidence. Refuse his proposal, defeat him and his hired men, then let the report to the client conclude the case. You do not need to search for another clue after the fight. Reward: ¥80,000. Morale and Morals Unlock: Reputation 45. Bar Tender request: “Sexual Harassment Investigation.” Meet the client at Cafe Mijore. Visit Isetani Trading’s fourth-floor office on Senryo Avenue and inspect its entrance. Buy the Janitorial Uniform at Don Quijote for ¥2,000, put it on and speak to the cleaner outside. Inside, photograph Iseya looking at Rei while her uncomfortable expression is visible. Raise the camera when the actions line up rather than leaving it up while the awareness meter fills. Outside, fly the drone to the fourth-floor window for the massage and subsequent harassment photos. Return to Rei, then use the drone again when the situation changes. Go back upstairs and defeat the janitor to finish the case. Reward: ¥80,000. Amidst a Dream Unlock: Chapter 3, daytime. Talk to Sana, the guitarist on the eastern side of Theater Square. Buy her CD for ¥1,500. Leave the area, meet her at Bar Tender, return to her performance spot, then visit Tender again to meet the producer. Ask about what is troubling her and agree to investigate. Find Saito near Theater Square and tail him to Cafe Mijore. Put on a disguise before sitting within earshot. After hearing the meeting, return to Sana’s usual spot. Her call sends you looking for the agency: inspect Saito’s business card for the Ishiyama Building on East Taihei Boulevard. Speak to the fans outside, enter and defeat the men. Encourage Sana to continue singing. Her dating storyline becomes available afterwards. Reckless Aspirations Unlock: Reputation 30. Genda request: “Searching for Missing Nephew.” Meet Fumie Taniyama at M Side Cafe. After Yagami contacts Seiya, spend a little time outside until the callback directs you to Pink Street. Identify the young man in the purple jacket being reprimanded by a suited man on the right. Speak to Deguchi, then tail him through his stops at Le Marche, Ebisu Pawn and Poppo on Showa Street. The final stop becomes an attempted robbery. Beat him to stop it and complete the client report. If the next step has not appeared, wait for Seiya's call. Reward: ¥120,000. Queen of Hearts Unlock: Reputation 5. Agency request: “My Subordinate Is Missing.” Meet the supposed employer at M Side Cafe. Contact Tsukumo and visit him at Mantai Internet Cafe. Collect his package from Poppo on Showa Street, deliver it and follow his lead to the woman working at Poppo on East Shichifuku Street. After speaking to her and contacting the client, Yagami becomes suspicious. Return to the woman and discuss those suspicions instead of treating the client’s story as settled. The stalker arrives and starts a fight. Defeat him to finish. Reporting to the client first also reaches the confrontation, but the immediate return avoids sending you back across town unnecessarily. Reward: ¥100,000. The Black Calamity Unlock: Chapter 5. Find Amane at the northern end of Senryo Avenue. Accept her request to watch Meguro, then identify him at the Pink Street search marker. Follow carefully: his fear of black objects makes him reverse direction and check behind him more often than a normal target. When a barker distracts Yagami and the trail breaks, choose the Champion District. Pick up the tail there and follow Meguro to Black Alice. Intervene in the bar scam and defeat the man confronting him. Return to Amane through the closing scene. Reward: ¥15,000. The Black and White Calamity Unlock: Chapter 7, after The Black Calamity. Return to Amane on Senryo Avenue. Find Meguro near Stardust/Tenkaichi Alley, standing by the Romance sign. Confirm him in the search and begin another tail. He is now worried about white objects as well as black ones, so give him room to stop and turn without seeing you. Keep following until he leads you back to Amane. When he attacks her, defeat him. There is no further fortune-telling puzzle; reaching the end of the tail and protecting Amane are the decisive steps. Reward: ¥15,000. The Fire Calamity Unlock: Chapter 9, after The Black and White Calamity. Speak to Amane at her usual Senryo Avenue location. Go to Showa Street and identify the heavyset man in a red jacket with a backpack. Tail him. At the narrow passage into the Cafe Alps alley, do not squeeze through immediately behind him: wait for him to look back, then move once he resumes walking. Continue the pursuit through the interrupted section and into Little Asia. Confront the arsonist and defeat him; disarming his stun gun early makes the fight safer. Completing this third calamity case opens Amane’s relationship events. Reward: ¥15,000. The Ghost Tenant Unlock: after The Darkest Place. Take “Ghost Capture Request” from Genda Law Office and meet the client at Quadra Garden at night. At the apartment, inspect both views of the room. Check the balcony-door latches, the entrance, the small window, the sink and the object on the floor. The floor clue is an earring; overlooking it can leave the search unfinished even after checking the obvious doors and windows. Finish the investigation and wait through the scene. Chase the supposed ghost until you catch her in the Champion District. The explanation and payment follow. This case is also a prerequisite for Gone in 20 Minutes. Reward: ¥80,000. Gone in 20 Minutes Unlock: Chapter 10, after The Ghost Tenant and Gone with the Gale. Return to the agency to meet Yukako. Follow the phone-location lead to Theater Square and pick up the shining object at the marker. It is Shimazu’s phone. Answer the call, then go to the marked Kamurocho Hills entrance on Park Boulevard. Speak to the people there and complete one final flying-wig chase. You do not need to investigate every shop around Theater Square: finding the dropped phone is the trigger for the next location. Reward: ¥80,000. Gone with the Breeze Unlock: Chapter 3. Approach the marker on eastern Park Boulevard. Follow the airborne object to its landing spot and inspect it to meet Tokunaga. Agree to retrieve his “hat,” then complete the chase. Dodge obstacles instead of running straight through them, and hit the prompted inputs to keep the target in reach. This is a chase case with no final boss. Catching the wig closes the job and sets up the two sequels needed for Gone in 20 Minutes. Reward: ¥100,000. Gone with the Gust Unlock: Chapter 5, after Gone with the Breeze. Return to eastern Park Boulevard near the taxi stand. Approach the familiar flying object and inspect its landing spot. The first chase gets you close to the wig, but a child picks it up before you can reclaim it. Continue into the second chase rather than assuming the mission is over. Catch the child and the closing scene returns the wig to Tokunaga. There is no search puzzle between the two pursuit sequences. This is the prerequisite for Gone with the Gale. Gone with the Gale Unlock: Chapter 7, after Gone with the Gust. Talk to Tokunaga outside the locksmith near the Senryo Avenue/East Taihei Boulevard junction. Another man is wearing the wrong wig. Tail the large yakuza through his stops until the sequence ends near Park Boulevard. The wind then takes the wig again, starting a chase. Catch it and defeat the man who confronts you. Nearby objects give you an easy way to interrupt him and build pressure. Once the misunderstanding is resolved, the third main wig case is finished. Remember to complete The Ghost Tenant too if you want its crossover follow-up. Reward: ¥150,000.
