LIKE A DRAGON: PIRATE YAKUZA IN HAWAII
ALL 107 BASE-GAME CREW MEMBERS
This checklist covers the original 107-member crew collection, including support characters and the ten affection-based animal recruits. DLC additions are outside the count. There are story spoilers.
The breakdown is 14 story recruits, 26 substory recruits, 42 scouting recruits, 15 prize-exchange recruits and 10 animal recruits. Oka is counted with substories because his automatic introduction is Substory 2. Goro is counted once with the starting crew, not again among the affection rewards.
These numbers are checklist numbers, not IDs displayed by the game. For scouts, use Tasks > Scouting and the corresponding map icon to pinpoint the person after reading the landmark below. If an area is still closed, continue Chapter 2's story until access opens. Meeting a condition sometimes needs one final conversation before the recruit is added.
Trait descriptions give the effect in plain English, not necessarily the exact name shown by your localization. First Mate and Squad Leader bonuses only apply in the corresponding appointed position. The story characters' entries describe their initial traits; their Drink Link improvements are covered in the crew-management guide. A combat role describes boarding behavior, not a restriction against assigning that person to a ship station.
