Yakuza: Like a Dragon: Every Honk-Honk Location and How to Finish Honk-Honk Hero
Honk-Honk Hero requires paying for the service from all five different Honk-Honk characters. Using one person five times will not unlock it. Three are in Ijincho, one is in Sotenbori, and one is in Kamurocho.
Set aside at least ¥240,000 for one visit to each, plus taxi fares. The locations are fixed, but the characters do not always appear. An empty alley can be the correct alley.
You also need late-game access. One Ijincho location is gated until you have cleared Chapter 11, and the Kamurocho character requires the Chapter 15 return to that city. If you want to handle the whole achievement in one session, wait until Chapter 15 or Premium Adventure.
Ijincho: Honk-Honk Girl, ¥10,000
Start at Survive Bar and search the small alley immediately south of it. Look for the recessed area beside a silver safe. She raises Passion by 10.
This is an easy location to check when returning to Survive for other reasons. If she appears before you begin deliberate achievement cleanup, pay once and mark her off your list.
Ijincho: Honk-Honk Lady, ¥50,000
Go to the underground passage entrance north of Wette Kitchen, around the Isezaki Road area. Walk down into the stairwell. She is below street level, so circling the restaurant's ground-floor entrances will not find her.
Her service raises Passion, Kindness, and Charisma by 10 each.
Ijincho: Honk-Honk Man, ¥100,000
Search the enclosed grounds behind Sunlight Castle, the retirement-home complex. His spot is toward the northwestern part of the rear courtyard.
You need the access gained through Chapter 11 to open the relevant gate. Before that, repeated taxi rides cannot solve the problem because you do not yet have access to his location.
He raises all six personality traits by 10, making him the most expensive individual visit and the broadest stat boost of the five.
Sotenbori: Honk-Honk Woman, ¥50,000
Use the Shofukucho taxi area as your landmark. Enter the larger back-alley space near the southeastern part of the map and search the dead end northeast of the shogi player. There is a gold safe nearby.
Her service raises Confidence, Passion, and Charisma by 10 each.
Kamurocho: Honk-Honk Princess, ¥30,000
From the W. Shichifuku Street taxi stop, walk north toward the Hotel District. Search the U-shaped recessed alley north of the batting center, just below the Hotel District label on the map.
She raises Intellect and Style. For achievement purposes, what matters is that you actually pay for her service once. Reaching the correct location without finding her does not record a visit.
What to do when nobody appears
Use taxis to reload the area, then revisit the spawn points. A useful routine is to check the three Ijincho locations, move to Sotenbori and Kamurocho when those cities are available, then return to any names still missing from your checklist.
Do not stand beside the empty spot expecting a character to walk into it. Leave and reload the area. Changing the time of day in Premium Adventure is another thing you can try, but there is no dependable guaranteed-spawn trick to promise here.
You may see claims that you must use a particular taxi, visit in a fixed order, or have only one Honk-Honk character active at once. Those are inconsistent player reports. The practical approach is to vary your travel, verify the exact spot, and keep checking the missing characters.
Keep your own five-name checklist. Repeat services can help personality growth, but they do not replace a missing unique character. Once you have paid all five, Honk-Honk Hero should unlock without a separate quest hand-in.
