LIKE A DRAGON GAIDEN: ALL 50 LOCKER KEYS
The coin lockers are back in Like a Dragon Gaiden. There are fifty keys, split between Sotenbori and the Castle, and the locker bank itself is beside Wild Jackson in Sotenbori.
Locked Up requires thirty lockers opened. Finding thirty keys without returning to use them doesn't finish it. If you're collecting everything, use the full list below, including the keys in the Castle's rank-restricted areas.
Buy Contact Lenses from Mizorogi for ¥14,000 and equip them to show key markers on your map. You can also get them free from locker D2. A marker doesn't tell you the height, so look above you when the pavement is empty. Spider retrieves keys from signs, awnings, and ledges.
I've separated the two areas so you can clear a section without constantly taking the trip back and forth. The letter and number identify the locker. The item after the location is its reward.

F5: Platinum rank. In the Casino's upper VIP area, toward the northwest side near the stairs. Reward: Gold Darts.
That is all fifty: thirty in Sotenbori and twenty at the Castle. If your last few are inaccessible, check your rank before assuming the key has failed to appear. Gold needs Network Level 10 and three Silver wins; Platinum needs Network Level 20 and three Gold wins, with Akame handling the promotion.
I'd open the lockers in batches and keep the useful rewards. Sell plates when you need money, but don't immediately sell every unfamiliar object. The racing parts, ROMs, darts, equipment, and timepiece have uses elsewhere in the completion run.
