Yakuza Kiwami 3: the final hospital run and Mine Spoilers for Kiwami 3's final chapter and boss identities. All right, this covers the last stretch of Kiwami 3. The hospital is a long sequence, so get yourself ready before talking to Date at Serena and committing to it. Make a separate save, restock healing and Heat items, and check your abilities and phone accessories. You can clean up side content afterward in Premium Adventure; you don't have to finish every optional activity before seeing the ending. Getting through Touto Hospital The opening is crowded. Use your wider attacks to thin the weaker enemies, then deal with the sturdier ones without getting trapped between them. Go upstairs, clear the next groups, and beat the sword-wielding Hakuho captain. Continue through the armed corridors and elevator toward the twenty-fifth floor. Keep checking for gunmen instead of locking onto the nearest melee target. Ryukyu's shield gives you an answer to bullets, while quicksteps let you evade the shooting warnings. Clear the shooters so you can finish the remaining enemies without being repeatedly interrupted. Richardson The first encounter has him fighting at close range. If he slips or parries your attack, don't keep committing to the same string. Be ready to evade his response. He comes back with two pistols later. Watch both the gunfire and his kicks; getting caught by the close-range hit can leave you exposed to the shots that follow. React to the scripted button sequence and keep your resources for the full fight rather than assuming the first health bar is the end. Once he's down, keep moving toward the roof and clear the remaining opposition. Mine Mine has strong defensive aura and long strings that punish impatience. Don't treat getting behind him as a guaranteed free combo, either. He has a spinning counter for that position. Dragon of Dojima's quickstep is useful because several of his attacks break a normal guard. If you want to work in Ryukyu for its attacks and bleed, switch with a purpose and be ready to move back out. The guides disagree on which style should carry the entire fight, and I wouldn't turn a personal preference into a rule. Learn his openings and use the style you can defend with reliably. His four-hit string and repeated spins are especially bad places to sit holding block. Watch the delayed finishing hit. Evading the start doesn't mean the entire attack has ended. When he uses Dark Renewal, interrupt the recovery rather than watching his health come back. A grab is an available answer. When you see the low stance and red warning for a Deadly attack, prepare to move immediately; don't gamble on an ordinary block stopping everything he might throw. Once the aura is broken, use that opening for your stronger damage. Have Heat and Boost ready where possible instead of spending every resource while he's still shrugging off your attacks. The late phase The scripted transition during his second health bar makes him more aggressive. Shorten your attacks, get out, and make him commit again. His late strings contain multiple guard breaks, and the last knee can arrive after a delay. Keep moving until the sequence really finishes. This is where getting greedy turns a nearly finished fight into a reload. Heal with enough health left to survive a mistake, take the safe punish, and repeat. You don't need to prove you can finish him without items to get the story clear. After the ending, keep your clear save and use Premium Adventure for unfinished activities. Don't start New Game+ on your only useful save and discover that the side progress you still needed has reset.
