Yakuza Kiwami 3: all 100 locker keys, including the ones your map can miss
This guide is for Yakuza Kiwami 3, the 2026 remake. The original Yakuza 3 and Yakuza 3 Remastered use different collectible locations.
There are 50 locker keys in Downtown Ryukyu and 50 in Kamurocho. Each city has rows A through J, with five keys per row. Keys numbered 1–4 are loose pickups. Every key numbered 5 is inside a gold Lovebox, so finishing a row means looking above street level as well as checking the pavement.
You can begin the Ryukyu collection in Chapter 2 and the Kamurocho collection when you return in Chapter 4. The location list below is organized by locker number, so you can check the locker bank, note what is missing, and jump straight to that entry.
Before you start
The Mame Lock Screen is the main key detector. It costs 300,000 in Morning Glory's shop funds. Equip it through your phone customization menu. It marks loose keys, but it does not solve the entire hunt: gold Loveboxes need a separate detector, and interior or rooftop pickups are easy to miss when you are checking the street map.
Make 50 LaLaLa Friends and collect the Lala Aizawa Lock Screen reward from Lala. Equip that screen to reveal Loveboxes. Starred box icons identify gold boxes with one-time rewards. The other boxes replenish after you open more boxes, so repeatedly collecting ordinary boxes will not produce a missing A5–J5 key.
Only one lock screen can be equipped at a time. Use Mame while sweeping for loose keys, then switch to Lala Aizawa for the gold boxes. These screens are conveniences, not requirements for picking up the keys.
To open a Lovebox, aim Kiryu's LaLaLa phone at it and use the Red Thread of Fate interaction. On PlayStation, hold L2 to aim and press R2 when the box is targeted. If the box is overhead, step back until the sign, ledge, or pipe is in view. This is separate from taking a Foto Rally photograph.
Downtown Ryukyu's lockers are upstairs beside Poppo on E Ryukyu Boulevard, in the southeast of the map. Take the stairs and turn toward the locker bank. Kamurocho's lockers are on Taihei Boulevard, beside the LaLaLa Mobile branch.

If your count stops short
First check the fifth locker in every row. Ten missing keys in a city usually means the gold Loveboxes have not been collected.
In Kamurocho, make a separate check of C1 on the batting-center roof, C4 inside Lullaby Mahjong, E4 inside Le Marche, and F3 inside Smile Burger. A clean-looking outdoor map is not proof that those places are clear.
In Ryukyu, check both steakhouse branches separately. F2 is inside the Ryukyu Boulevard branch. I1 is inside The Original OkinaOne on Ryukyu Central Highway. C1 is outside that original branch, so collecting it does not clear the interior.
Check floor level, too. Ryukyu C4 is upstairs at Chura Bar, H4 is upstairs opposite the lockers, and Kamurocho J2 is above street level. A key marker can put you in the correct building without putting you on the correct floor.
The Reapers mentioned here are landmarks, not extra collection requirements. If you have already defeated one, use the nearby street, shop, doorway, or sign instead.
Useful lockers to open early
Ryukyu A2 contains the Blackjack Amulet, Bust Amulet, and Royal Joker. Ryukyu C3 contains the Red, Black, and Zero Jewels plus the Player's and Banker's Pieces. Save these gambling items until you intend to use them, rather than spending them during practice.
Kamurocho F4 contains the Trips Yokan, 10-10-1 Charm, Lucky Hanafuda Card, and Nine Gates Tile. Kamurocho H4 contains another set of gambling aids: All 1's Charm, 1-2-3 Gum, Piss Mountain Stone, Even Goro's Beads, and Lopsided Cigarette.
For phone collectors, Ryukyu I5 awards the Downtown Ryukyu Lock Screen, while Kamurocho G5 awards the Kamurocho Lock Screen. They are collectible rewards; Mame and Lala Aizawa are the screens you want for finding keys and Loveboxes.
