Yakuza Kiwami 2: All 100 locker keys All right, this time we do have locker keys to collect. There are 50 in Kamurocho and another 50 in Sotenbori. I'm putting all of them here, along with what each locker contains and the requirements for the ones you can't just walk over and pick up. These are Kiwami 2 locations. Don't use them for the original PS2 Yakuza 2 or the first Kiwami. Also, both cities use A1 through J5, so check the city as well as the label before going after a missing key. Start with the Locker Key Watcher Pick up Kamurocho E3 on Tenkaichi Street, near the building with Lullaby Mahjong. Take it to the lockers in the covered passage just southwest of Millennium Tower, off Taihei Boulevard. Open E3 to get the Locker Key Watcher. Keep it in your inventory. You do not have to equip it in Kiwami 2. It makes a sound when a key is nearby. If it keeps sounding in a building and you aren't seeing anything, check the stairwell and the other floors. Walking around the same patch of pavement won't help if the key is above you. [Watcher and Kamurocho collection requirements](https://gamefaqs.gamespot.com/ps4/218734-yakuza-kiwami-2/faqs/76366/locker-keys-kamurocho) The Sotenbori lockers are just south of Bishamon Bridge, on the western side of town. Bring that city's keys there. Keys appear as little sparkles, and the interaction prompt lets you collect them. You can collect most keys early. Kamurocho has 42 available once the opening gives you freedom to explore. The remaining eight involve the construction site, Millennium Tower, Dragon Palace, or substories. All 50 can be obtained by Chapter 8 if you've done the required side stories. In Sotenbori, 49 become available during Chapter 2 after the conversation with the man in purple. J4 has to wait until Chapter 10. The keys tied to substories Kamurocho C1: An Eccentric Errand In Chapter 5, speak to the man near the northwestern Smile Burger. Accept the errand and read his message, then go to Public Park 3 in Tenkaichi Alley. Check the bench for C1. The key does not appear there before you start the errand. Open C1 for the Green Box, deliver it behind Club Shine in Pink Alley, then follow the job to the underground stairway east of Theater Square's Club SEGA. Fight the man in red and then the original client to finish the substory. You receive ¥150,000. Public Park 3 also has the ordinary D3 key, so picking up D3 doesn't mean you've already found C1. [An Eccentric Errand](https://gamefaqs.gamespot.com/ps4/218734-yakuza-kiwami-2/faqs/76366/chapter-5-substories) Kamurocho B1: Secret Stash In Chapter 6, go to the Hotel District and find the suspicious seller in the alcove south of Akaushimaru. Buy what he's offering for ¥20,000. He gives you B1, which opens a locker containing the Suspicious Video. To finish the substory, watch it at Fusion, talk to the manager at Cafe Alps, then follow the employee to Ebisu Pawn and win the fight. The reward is ¥200,000. You receive the key during the substory; you don't have to finish the entire investigation before opening its locker. [Secret Stash](https://gamefaqs.gamespot.com/ps4/218734-yakuza-kiwami-2/faqs/76366/chapter-6-substories) Kamurocho J4: Dragon Palace access In Chapter 5, complete To the Dragon Palace, substory 22. At Tenkaichi Street and Tenkaichi Alley, help the homeless man being harassed. The encounter opens the Dragon Palace. Once you're there, go to the third-floor hallway outside the gambling hall for J4. It is on the floor, not a prize you have to win at a table. [Dragon Palace unlock](https://neoseeker.com/yakuza-kiwami-2/walkthrough/Substories16-30) Sotenbori J4: Stolen This is the one that keeps an early Sotenbori sweep at 49. In Chapter 10, help Yuriko near the parking lot in southwestern Shofukucho. She gives you photographs of the men involved in her sister's disappearance. Find Yagi just west of Ebisu Pawn and beat him, then find and fight Kajiwara at the Golf Center. He directs you to Kojima in the Midoriyama Building above Wild Jackson. Defeat the men in that office, then go to Gandhara to rescue Miki. You receive ¥150,000, and Yuriko gives you J4. Its locker contains a Platinum Plate. [Stolen](https://gamefaqs.gamespot.com/ps4/218734-yakuza-kiwami-2/faqs/76366/chapter-10-substories) A few things I would keep in mind while collecting I would clear buildings completely when I enter them. The Gravure Studio building has H3 on the stairs and B3 higher up. The building north of Sotenbori's Wild Jackson has I1 on the landing and D3 inside the office. The southwestern gambling building has F4 on the roof, I5 on the ground floor, and F5 and I2 downstairs. Those are easy places to collect one key and leave another behind. Save the gambling items until you have a reason to use them. Kamurocho I2 and J2 give a Blackjack Amulet and Bust Amulet. Sotenbori E3 and E4 give another pair. The Royal Joker Cards and Lucky Hanafuda Cards are useful too. They're consumables, so using one to experiment means it won't still be there for a completion requirement later. [Cheat items and early locker rewards](https://gamingbolt.com/yakuza-kiwami-2-mega-guide-farming-experience-points-and-money-all-boss-battles-coin-locker-key-locations-and-more) And open the lockers. Finding every key and opening every locker are separate actions. If the achievement hasn't appeared, check both locker banks for highlighted unopened compartments before searching the cities again. The Coin Locker Conqueror requirement is to open all the lockers in both cities. [Achievement requirement](https://playstationtrophies.org/forum/topic/304158-yakuza-kiwami-2-trophy-guide-and-roadmap/) If you're missing one, check the letter and number, then the city, then any access requirement. After that, check the floor. That will save you a lot of unnecessary running around, especially with the tower, the gambling buildings, and the riverwalks.
