I've got another new open source project up on Logan Pendragon Forge: WordPress Queue Inspector. WordPress has a lot of things running in the background. Scheduled tasks, queued actions, jobs that failed, jobs that are still waiting. When something isn't working, it helps to be able to look through that information without changing the queue while you're investigating it. This gives you a local workspace for snapshots from WP-Cron and Action Scheduler. You can search through the jobs, filter them by status or age, and compare captures from different times to see what changed. It keeps your notes with the snapshots, so you're not trying to piece the whole thing together again later. You can also put together a report, back up the investigation, and open it again when you need it. There's a browser interface and a command-line option. It doesn't run, delete, or reschedule your jobs. A job disappearing from a later snapshot doesn't automatically mean it succeeded, either. The tool keeps that distinction and tells you when the captured information is incomplete. Version 1.0.0 is out, with the source, documentation, changelog, and downloads available now. It's also been added to the Gold projects on Logan Pendragon Forge, with the tested scope and limitations documented.
