SCP-176: Observable Time Loop SCP-176 gives you eleven seconds to watch something go terribly wrong, then makes you watch it happen again. Downstairs, it's an abandoned factory. Upstairs, through the observation-room windows, you see five researchers working around a huge machine. Armed men burst in and start shooting. At 11.3 seconds, there's a flash, and everything resets. You know exactly when the shooting starts. You can see who gets hit and who tries to hide. But knowing doesn't let you stop any of it. Attempts to get through the observation-room barrier fail or reset with the scene. Tools or limbs extended beyond it get severed and disappear. Going downstairs doesn't put you alongside the researchers either. You're back in the empty building. The machine's purpose is unknown. So are the people involved. One researcher appears to reach for a weapon before the reset, but we don't get to see what happens next. That's the frustrating part of this one. There's enough happening to make you want another few seconds, and those are the seconds you never get. Everybody studying it is stuck watching the same fragment and waiting for something, anything, to change. [Read SCP-176](https://t.co/1hM7oqmzum)
