**Fireteam Raven: what to know before starting**
Fireteam Raven is an arcade rail shooter, not a hidden campaign inside the Master Chief Collection. You are controlling the gun while the game controls the movement. That changes what a useful guide should tell you: aiming, managing the controls, and following the action matter more than directions to a door you cannot choose to walk through.
First, look at the cabinet. Raw Thrills lists both two-player and four-player versions, including mounted environmental cabinets and tethered-gun versions. A photo of the four-seat machine does not mean every arcade has that model. Check how many players the actual cabinet supports before planning a group session around it.
Learn the reload control before the fight becomes busy. Follow the prompts on that machine instead of assuming it uses the same off-screen reload motion as another arcade shooter. If the aim consistently misses the point you are indicating, tell the venue staff; calibration and repairs are operator jobs, not a gameplay trick you should be trying to compensate for all evening.
With other players, split your attention across the screen. Everyone concentrating on the same distant enemy can leave the nearest threat unattended. When the camera moves, reassess what is dangerous instead of continuing to fire at the place that was important a moment ago. Those are general rail-shooter habits, not a promise of a no-damage route.
Check the posted start and continue prices before committing to the whole campaign. There is no single reliable price for finishing it: the venue's setup and the number of continues both matter. Decide what you want to spend rather than treating every continue prompt as an obligation.
There are six stages: Escape, Rubble, Alpha Base, Ice Canyon, Raven Down, and Last Stand. They follow an ODST team's part in the events surrounding the original Halo. Chief is part of that story, but you are not playing his Combat Evolved campaign with a different controller.
Do not bring an MCC achievement checklist to this cabinet. This is not an Xbox or Steam campaign achievement run. Historical Waypoint account-link features are also not a guarantee that a particular machine is connected or that its tracking will work today. Check the cabinet's actual instructions if you want to use those features; the campaign itself is the thing to come for.
