**Halo Infinite: Reformation's eastern cleanup, three skulls and three artifacts**
This finishes the regional sweep with **four Retaliation audio-pad locations, four propaganda towers, Famine, Black Eye, Thunderstorm and three Forerunner artifacts**. The skull and artifact stops extend back across the western side; they are grouped here so none disappear between the equipment and audio routes.
Bring an aircraft if you have one available. The detached island and deep Ring ledges are much easier to approach when you can look for a landing place instead of trying to rescue a bad jump with the Grappleshot.
**November and the eastern boundary**
**Retaliation pad 1 — Island in the lake south of November.** Leave the FOB platform and reach the small patch of land in the lake below it. Inspect the supplies on that island. This is a Spartan recording, separate from November's Infinity's Approach pad on the FOB itself.
**Tower 1 — Northeastern corner.** Travel northeast from November toward the outer edge and search just off the road for the broadcast structure.
**Tower 2 — Below the beacon approach bridge.** From the bridge southeast of November, move farther southeast and down the cliff toward the overlook facing the Command Spire. The tower is on the lower ground, not on the bridge deck.
**Tower 3 — South of Arthoc.** Move southwest from November toward Arthoc's area, then climb the mountain immediately south of the target position. Destroy the tower on that high ground.
**Retaliation pad 2 — Northern end of the Ring scar.** Northeast of Riven Gate, inspect the deep ravine containing exposed Forerunner structure. Descend to the small shelf below the upper cliff; the pad is on that ledge. Do not simply follow the road across the top and assume the entire canyon is empty.
Take a moment to identify the shelf from above before descending. An aircraft gives you a way to inspect the vertical face without committing to a drop into the bottom of the scar.
**Lima and the southern beacon**
**Retaliation pad 3 — Tree southeast of Lima.** Search the wooded ground outside the FOB, southeast of the platform. The pad rests at the foot of a tree; it is not the nearby locker on the outer cliff.
**Retaliation pad 4 — Lakeside camp northeast of Kilo.** Reach the water above the waterfall, north of the southern beacon and east of Myriad's position. Search the campfire/supplies beside the lake. This is outside the Black Eye cave.
**Tower 4 — East of the southern beacon.** Follow the road up the adjacent mountain and destroy the broadcast tower overlooking the beacon route.
The Retaliation titles unlock in order within their collection. These four locations provide the regional pickups; the other four Retaliation pads belong to the Pelican Down area. A title shown at the wrong location in someone else's checklist does not mean your save has moved the physical collectible.
**Black Eye: behind the waterfall**
Find the lake and waterfall between Kilo and Riven Gate, southeast of Juliet. Stand below the falls and look approximately halfway up, slightly to the right. A small opening sits behind the water, with a narrow shelf at its entrance.
Grapple onto that shelf, crouch through the opening and continue into the red-lit cave. Pick up the skull inside. You do not need to search the lake bottom or enter the larger caves elsewhere in the region.
When enabled, Black Eye makes shield recharging depend on melee hits against enemies. Collecting it does not require you to turn it on for the rest of your cleanup route.
**Famine: the detached eastern island**
Fly east from November toward the isolated rocky island off the mainland, near the eastern Sequence beacon. Look along the **east side** of that island for a dead gold-armored Elite on a hexagonal ledge.
Land carefully, approach the body and collect the skull beside/in its hand. Do not limit the search to the grassy summit: inspect the stepped pillars along the edge where the body lies.
Keep the aircraft parked on stable ground while searching. If you do not have a requisitioned Wasp, a captured Banshee is a practical alternative. This guide does not depend on a launch trick or a long Grappleshot jump across the gap.
Famine reduces the ammunition in dropped weapons when activated. It is a collectible pickup here, not an instruction to make the remaining targets harder.
**Thunderstorm: a small pillar below the northern high ground**
Return to the northern Sequence beacon and the boundary facing the Graveyards island. Northwest of that beacon is a high land-topped formation containing a Scattered audio pad. Thunderstorm is on a **separate, narrow hexagonal pillar below/alongside that high formation**, not beside the recording at the top.
Use an aircraft to inspect the pillar tops, then land or drop onto the correct flat cap. If approaching on foot, work from the higher land and use the Grappleshot to control the descent toward the smaller pillar. Avoid a blind leap before identifying the landing surface.
Collect the skull from the pillar. Thunderstorm raises the rank of most enemies when enabled. You can leave it disabled while finishing the rest of the map.
Reformation's overall skull counter also includes **Mythic inside The Command Spire**. These three open-world skulls alone will not finish a four-skull regional counter. The Command Spire/Repository guide covers Mythic's indoor route.
**The three Forerunner artifacts**
These are the large upright stone rings, not Banished panels or audio pads. Reach each ring and use its interaction prompt to collect the associated archive.
**Western artifact — North of Fortune Squad.** From Hotel, head northwest through Fortune's mountain area to the pond and stone ring farther north. The nearby Infinity armor-emblem locker is a useful second stop, but opening that locker does not activate the artifact.
**Central artifact — Northeast of Juliet.** Climb the mountain northwest of Riven Gate and reach the ring on the high ground. This is near the northern mountain/chasm circuit, not the ring-shaped structure deep inside every nearby cave.
**Eastern artifact — North of November.** Cross to the far side of the small mountain north of the FOB. Clear the guarding enemies, including the Brute Chieftain, then approach the stone ring. Check the nearby outer ledges for the Griffin Nameplate locker if that remains on your equipment list.
The three locations are distinct even though the structures look alike. Track them by their positions relative to Hotel, Juliet and November rather than assigning importance to the order another guide numbers them.
**Reconcile the whole region**
For the open-world cleanup in these four companion guides, your checklist should now include:
- Five FOB pads and four outpost UNSC pads from the objectives route.
- Ten Scattered pads from the western sweep.
- Four Retaliation pads from this route.
- Thirteen propaganda towers across the two sweeps.
- Fifteen cores and thirteen lockers from the equipment circuit.
- Three open-world skulls and three artifacts.
The region's blue-log total also includes the **two Nexus recordings**, one obtained automatically through the story and one physical Prisoner pad. The eight Banished recordings are divided between the four beacon interiors and the two outposts. Those story pickups are covered in the mission guides, not additional wilderness stops hidden somewhere around the FOBs.
Use those distinctions if a counter is still short. It is much more useful to know that an indoor Nexus pickup remains than to circle the same five bases again.
