**Halo Infinite: Silent Auditorium, Bandana and the Harbinger**
*Final-mission and boss spoilers ahead.*
Silent Auditorium has one collectible: the **Bandana skull**. Its requirement starts before you reach the skull room: **do not kill Sentinels during the mission before collecting it**. For a cleaner attempt, avoid damaging them at all. That means watching splash damage as carefully as your crosshair.
You can now recover this skull through Mission Replay. You don't need to abandon your campaign because an old launch guide says the opportunity is gone forever. If your main goal is a first Legendary completion, it is reasonable to leave this optional restriction for a separate, easier replay.
**Enter the facility**
Clear the Banished at the entrance while staying out of the central turret firing lane. Work along the edge and use the available cover to isolate the shooters. Activate the marked terminal to open the way onward. At the power-seed door, retrieve the seed from the nearby small corridor opposite the socket, carry it back and insert it.
Don't carry a seed through uncleared enemies just because the objective marker has moved. A carrier has fewer immediate combat options. Leave it somewhere recoverable if you need to deal with a surviving enemy, then return to the socket.
The next major obstacle is a pair of red Hunters. The room provides heavy weapons and explosive coils. Use those resources before you reduce the fight to slowly chipping armored fronts with ordinary ammunition. Focus your damage on one Hunter when possible, but keep track of the second one's firing lane. Circle cover rather than backing indefinitely toward a wall.
**Normal:** pause to locate supplies before committing to the pair. **Heroic:** break line of sight with one while attacking the other. **Legendary:** prioritize a safe escape route over the tempting extra shot. The grapple is your reset button, not an excuse to stand within melee range until your shield breaks.
When both Hunters are down, use the exit terminal. At the later corridor fork, the right branch leads to an armory; open its terminal-controlled door and restock. Return to the fork and take the mission route left.
**Through the Sentinel rooms**
You'll move through further Banished positions and story sequences toward the Auditorium. This is where the skull restriction matters most. Sentinels enter the fights, but they are not targets for a Bandana run. Take careful shots at the Banished and avoid loose grenades, bouncing projectiles and explosive coils near the machines.
You do not have to prove you can clear every enemy to deserve the skull. Where the route is open, advancing past the fight is an option. Look for the next solid landing before grappling: a fast escape into a dead end simply moves the problem. Use your shield recovery opportunities before crossing the next exposed section.
**Normal:** deliberate precision fire makes the restriction manageable without turning the whole mission into a sprint. **Heroic:** stop firing when a Sentinel crosses your intended target. **Legendary:** if repeated attempts are becoming frustrating, separate the skull cleanup from your difficulty run. That changes the optional task, not the campaign completion you are working toward.
Continue using the marked terminals and light bridges. Adjutant Resolution appears again, but this is not another boss encounter. Follow the route he opens toward the final elevator.
**Bandana: straight ahead, not left**
At the long hallway leading to the final elevator, activate the light bridge and cross onto the central walkway. The objective turns left toward the lift. **Instead, continue straight across the second light bridge to the opposite door.**
If the no-Sentinel-kills condition is intact, that door lets you through. Inside, grapple onto the raised central platform and collect **Bandana**. It grants unlimited ammunition and grenades and removes equipment cooldowns when enabled; merely picking it up does not activate it in your current run.
If the door remains locked, don't waste time searching for a hidden switch in this hallway. Retry the mission with the restriction in mind. Mission Replay is the recovery route; an entire fresh campaign is not required. In co-op, agree on the no-Sentinel-kills rule before starting rather than assuming the other players know what you're attempting.
Return to the main walkway, take the elevator, follow the doors to the Auditorium and interact with the terminal. The final encounter begins after the scene.
**The Harbinger: adds first, boss second**
The fight alternates between Banished reinforcements and Harbinger damage windows across three phases. While she is protected, deal with the enemies entering the arena. When the protection drops, strip her shield and damage her health until she retreats. Repeat; this is not one uninterrupted health-bar race.
Use the opening waves to establish a circuit around the arena. Locate replacement weapons and a grapple route between levels. Don't burn every explosive resource immediately: later reinforcements are the more important problem. Keep moving between useful cover rather than orbiting the open center while several enemies shoot at you.
The Harbinger teleports and launches dangerous energy orbs. Track where she reappears, fire while you have a safe line, and move before an orb reaches you. A Sentinel Beam is a useful shield-damage option. Drop Wall and the space beneath ramps can help interrupt incoming attacks, but neither turns a stationary position into a permanent safe spot. If she closes for a swipe, disengage.
**The final reinforcements**
The last add phase includes a hammer-wielding Brute Chieftain. Don't let his pursuit draw you into ignoring every ranged enemy. Clear lighter opposition while changing levels, then fight him with room to retreat. The most dangerous mistake is focusing on the Chieftain until a surviving shooter finishes your weakened shield.
When the arena is clear, return to the Harbinger's final damage window. Rebuild your spacing before firing. An almost-finished boss still punishes an exposed reload.
**Normal:** learn the alternation and avoid wasting shots on protected phases. **Heroic:** reserve heavy damage for troublesome reinforcements and maintain an escape route. **Legendary:** minimize simultaneous threats; short, safe attacks are more valuable than a risky attempt to end the fight immediately. Do not plan around a guaranteed checkpoint at a particular health threshold.
Finish the encounter and allow the ending to complete. Story completion and a fully cleared ring are separate jobs: your remaining open-world collectibles and activities belong to the region cleanup routes, not an invented extra section of this mission.
