**Halo 5 — Blue Team: clearing Argent Moon and getting out** **Blue Team campaign spoilers.** This route covers the full mission, including the reactor, flight section and final hangar. This time you're Chief, with Fred, Kelly and Linda. The mission stays with Covenant enemies, so a plasma weapon for shields and an accurate finishing weapon are useful again. The long sightlines later on make it worth keeping a rifle rather than filling both slots with short-range weapons. Two optional achievements change your route: On My Mark needs a co-op partner and a synchronized assassination near the beginning; I Thought I'd Lost You needs the first Hunter pair left alive. Decide on those before you fight the relevant enemies. **Reach the data center** Follow the opening corridor and walkway. The first intel console comes before the fighting, so stop there if you're collecting. Clear the initial rooms from the doorway inward. The Grunts are manageable quietly, but once the room is alerted, watch the Jackals and Elites farther back. Don't follow a retreating Elite blindly up the ramp; it can turn that short approach into a close-range fight you didn't intend to start. At the data center, interact with the central display to get the station information. Take the corridor toward the elevator and activate it. Beyond the lift, break through the shutter into the repair area. You're now below enemies on elevated walkways. Look above the cover in front of you before advancing. Clearing the ground level while leaving a Jackal shooting down from the side isn't really clearing a route. **Through the assembly bay** Work toward the upper stairs and use the higher paths to examine the bay. A precision weapon makes the distant defenders easier to deal with than trying to cross all the open floor under fire. My recommendation on Heroic or Legendary is to separate the fight into angles: remove the enemies who can see your current cover, move to the next piece of cover, and only then open another line of sight. Squad focus fire is helpful against an Elite whose shields you've already weakened. Before leaving toward Central Control, check the stacked crates on the right for intel. Then follow the catwalk. The Hunter encounter there triggers the fall and the next story sequence; you haven't taken a wrong turn when the route suddenly drops out from under you. **The dark lower decks** After the cutscene, follow the red-lit passages down through the storage areas. Use the objective scan when the branches look alike. These corridors have close enemies and restricted retreat space, so put away any idea of sprinting around every corner. Deal with the sleeping Grunts quietly if you can. Once the next enemies arrive, pay particular attention to cloaked Elites. A shimmer in the doorway is a reason to pause and aim, not push closer to identify it. If collecting, inspect the breakable vent behind the stacked boxes in the later dark room before leaving. Continue until the windowed corridor reveals Covenant ships arriving outside. The plan changes from reclaiming the station to destroying it. Follow the route through the armory and use the laboratory access control to take the elevator down. **The laboratory Hunters** There are two Hunters in the laboratory. The equipment gives you elevated positions and obstacles to move around. Use those to keep some distance and create an angle on a Hunter's vulnerable areas rather than standing in front of its shield. For a normal completion run, fight them here. Keep the squad on another angle and concentrate on one Hunter at a time. If you're moving to revive a teammate, check where both Hunters are facing first; a rescue route through their fire is a poor trade. For **I Thought I'd Lost You**, leave both alive and use the raised equipment to reach the override/vent route past them. This shifts those Hunters into the later hangar encounter, so it makes the ending harder rather than removing the fight entirely. Collect the laboratory intel if needed. Activate the Override Junction, descend into the opening and break through the next barrier to reach the reactor area. **Reactor controls and Black Eye detour** The control room is across the chamber. Work from the entry ledge, then use the left-hand elevated walkway and its ammunition supply. On higher difficulties, identify the Beam Rifle Jackals and turrets before crossing the exposed center. The Black Eye route starts from the left-side machinery and pipes. It leads into a small room beside the controls; use the separate collectible guide for the climb and breakable floor vent. Clear the defenders and activate the reactor controls. When the station begins moving the reactor into its cooling system, get onto the reactor platform and ride down with it. Staying at the controls doesn't complete this step. **Disable the cooling system** The cooling chamber mixes infantry platforms with enemy Banshees. Find shelter before trying to sort out the whole room. The side shelters contain useful weapons; a rocket launcher can help reduce the aerial threats before you take one of the parked Banshees. Reach a marked vent-control room and activate its console. Then fly out and destroy the marked cooling pipes. Use the objective scan to find remaining targets instead of circling and guessing which intact piece of machinery matters. Keep moving while you fire. If an enemy aircraft is making the approach impossible, deal with it or break away for a better angle. Hovering beside a pipe while taking fire from elsewhere is an easy way to lose your Banshee. Once the cooling system fails, follow the marked route into the station and leave the aircraft. Collect the final intel console on the way to the Prowler hangar. **Hold the hangar and board the Prowler** Clear the initial defenders, then activate the Prowler's launch controls. The ship needs to refuel, so reaching it isn't the end of the mission. Use the upper cover and keep track of entrances while reinforcements arrive. Hunters join the fight; if you bypassed the laboratory pair, expect the extra pair as well. Save heavy ammunition for those threats rather than spending it on isolated Grunts. Refueling announcements mark the progress, but keep fighting and watching the objective. When the Prowler is ready, move to its boarding point to finish. Don't remain on a balcony waiting for the cutscene to happen by itself.
