Fortune Hunter: Macalpin's Viking Sword. selected complete archived routes
Keep the board in the portrait orientation shown in the linked source. “Up” means toward the top of the screen; distances count tiles, not the game's move counter. Release large blocks after each push or pull before walking around them.
These routes were reconstructed from the actual archived screenshots, not tested in a running copy. They follow the exit route rather than every optional treasure detour. Match the board first: this is the original May 2016 layout, and later updates changed some level numbers and boards.
Levels 1 and 4
Level 1
1. Step down onto the pressure pad. Shoot the remote switch at the bottom right.
2. Go left one tile, down three, then right one.
3. Step down to collect the exit treasure.
Level 4
1. Walk five tiles up the central corridor.
2. Pick up the small block on your left and put it on the pressure pad directly above you.
3. Pick up the block on your right. Carry it three tiles down.
4. Put that block on the pressure pad immediately above you.

What this does not cover yet
These are ten complete board routes: 1, 4, 13, 15, 16, 21, 22, 25, original 34 and original 36. The other thirty Macalpin boards are not included here. The later replacement layouts for 29–40 also remain unverified. I am not calling this a complete forty-level guide.
