Uncharted 4 — Survival trophy guide
Original PS4 mode, not Legacy of Thieves.
The campaign platinum and Survival's 100% are two different jobs. The original PS4 list has 56 base trophies and 12 Survival trophies. Survival does not have to be finished for the base platinum. It is absent from the PS5/PC Legacy of Thieves Collection.
This is a 50-wave mode across ten stages. It has its own progression, upgrades, objectives and bosses. You can play with up to two other people or with AI support, but the trophy guide classifies it as online-dependent even when playing solo. I have not verified a live lobby or current matchmaking, so this is not a promise that every online requirement is available right now.
A sensible route
Learn the ten stages on a lower difficulty before trying to race them. Boss drops upgrade owned weapons; Light/Moderate upgrades cap at level3, Hard reaches4 and Crushing reaches5. Even-numbered stages have bosses; the final stage has two. Stage2 is useful for pistol upgrades and Stage6 for long guns. Finish Hard to unlock Crushing through normal progression, then work through Crushing before cleaning up its star times.
The point of the first clears is to learn where the objective moves and avoid wasting money. Don't turn every wave into an improvised chase across the map. For a timed run, being in the right place when the next wave starts matters. Save purchases for trouble spots instead of spending just because the shop is available. Campaign infinite-ammo bonuses are not your Survival loadout.
All twelve trophies and the Crushing timers
The first ten unlock by clearing the named stage. The time columns below are the maximum target times for one, two and three stars on Crushing, not universal timers for every difficulty.

11. Crushing: earn at least one star on every stage on Crushing. A zero-star clear is progress through the mode, not credit toward this trophy.
12. ...It: three stars on all ten Crushing stages. You can improve individual stage results; don't confuse finishing the last boss with meeting every timer.
The fights that need an actual plan
Train Wreck: use the central armory crate as an anchor for the first four waves, aiming toward the right-side approach without pushing beyond the crate. Collect ammunition between waves. Wave5 moves the objective to the hill on your left; watch for enemies shifting toward the middle as the siege develops.
Madagascar City: the archway up the left street gives a controlled approach for the survival waves. The siege is across the map inside a building. The restricted wave needs the permitted damage type—on Crushing, headshots or melee—not ordinary body-shot spraying. For the boss, an explosion creates a damage opening. Follow that immediately with fire while he's vulnerable; later phases punish wasting ammunition outside that opening.
Auction House: both siege waves use the back-right part of the map, but keep an eye on both the parking-lot approach and the side facing your original spawn. The hallway beside the parking lot is a useful funnel for the ordinary waves. The teleporting boss's clones drop flintlocks: shoot the boss with one to expose him, then deal damage. Escaping his grab also creates a window. Don't keep shooting an invulnerable boss and call that progress.
For the remaining stages, read the active wave restriction before committing to a weapon. Siege kills belong inside the objective area; marked targets, treasure pickups and bosses are different objectives, not interchangeable kill counts. If the stars are the goal, a reliable group with agreed roles is more useful than three people all chasing the same enemy. Keep one player watching the approach another player cannot see, and make revives deliberate rather than sending the whole group into the same line of fire.
This covers every trophy requirement and timer. It is not a claim of a verified wave-by-wave spawn script for all fifty waves; those spawn-position routes remain outside this draft's verified coverage.
