Uncharted 4 — trophy guide, with the versions kept separate Full-game spoilers. First, check which version you're playing. The original PS4 game has 56 base trophies and 12 Survival trophies. Legacy of Thieves removes multiplayer and Survival. Its PS5 list has one platinum across both adventures, not a separate platinum for each game. Steam has 101 achievements for the collection; don't apply the PS4 multiplayer checklist to it. Keep a finished-story save before starting cleanup. The clean route is a story/collectible run, a Crushing run if needed, then an Explorer speedrun with accuracy in mind. Bonuses unlocked after finishing the story can help. Don't combine sightseeing and a six-hour time limit unless you already know the route. Finishing and collecting 1. Charted! – Explorer: Finish on Explorer or higher. 2. Charted! – Light: Finish on Light or higher. 3. Charted! – Moderate: Finish on Moderate or higher. 4. Charted! – Hard: Finish on Hard or higher. 5. Charted! – Crushing: Every chapter must be cleared on Crushing. One final boss on Crushing doesn't count for the rest. It is selectable from the beginning. Finishing a harder setting awards the lower difficulty completions. 6. Charted! – Speedrun: Finish within six hours. Start a new run, skip cutscenes, pause when taking a break and check the statistics. Repeated deaths/checkpoint retries cost time. Explorer, lock-on aim and unlocked bonuses can simplify fights. 7. First Treasure: One treasure. 8. Treasure Hunter: Fifty treasures. 9. Treasure Master: All 109. Use the separate chapter-by-chapter route. 10. Relic Finder: Three included treasures: Chapter 9's Strange Pendant, Chapter 12's Strange Relic, Chapter 21's Strange Fruit. 11. Jot This Down: One journal entry. 12. Lost Art of Journaling: All 25 entries. 13. Take a Note: One note. 14. Lost History: All 23 notes. Remember the note physically in Chapter 21 that the menu assigns to Chapter 20. 15. Gift of Gab: All 36 conversations. Wait for the second prompt where two conversations occur together; don't just trigger the first and leave. 16. Sharpshooter: Finish with accuracy at least 70%. Use deliberate single shots rather than spraying. Lock-on and the unlocked Barok .44 help. Check the percentage throughout a new run instead of trying to repair it at the final chapter. Combat 17. Head of the Class!: Twenty headshot kills. Use unhelmeted enemies while learning the aim. 18. You Have a Head for this Business: Fifty headshot kills. 19. Hangman's Bullet: Twenty rope headshots. Chapter 10's Drawbridge has a useful right-side rope. Stop swinging, turn lock-on off if it keeps pulling toward torsos, then place headshots. Restart the checkpoint with an enemy still alive; keep the farming session loaded. 20. Stealth First Ask Questions Later: Five unseen melee takedowns. 21. Shh Sleep Now: Thirty unseen melee takedowns. 22. I Thought I Heard Something: Thirty stealth takedowns from above. Chapter 8's Bridge begins with a convenient enemy below you. Drop onto him, restart the checkpoint and repeat. This also advances ordinary stealth takedowns. 23. Run-and-Gunner: Fifty kills without aiming down sights, either hip-fire or blind-fire. Close-range encounters on Explorer are easier than trying this against distant snipers. 24. Leapfrog: Ten uninterrupted kills alternating guns and melee. Count five pairs. Reserve accessible ground enemies for punching and elevated enemies for shooting. 25. Unstoppable!: One hundred kills without a combat death. Explorer makes the margin much larger. Chapter 7's Ballroom escape keeps supplying balcony enemies until you leave; keep ammunition available and stay covered. 26. Rushing Roulette: Pistol kill, machine-gun kill, grenade kill, in that order within 15 seconds. Drawbridge provides the equipment and clustered targets. Start with everyone positioned, not with a reload needed. 27. Butterfingers: Shoot ten enemies while they are preparing grenades so they drop them. Watch the throwing arm, not the grenade after it leaves their hand. Checkpoint repetition is useful; slow-motion bonuses can make the timing less awkward. 28. Boom County: Four enemies killed by one explosion. At Chapter 20's Showdown, take the RPG and wait for the group dropping from the ledge. Fire when they are together. 29. Defeat 10 in 60 — China Lake GL: Ten launcher kills within a minute. After unlocking weapon selection and infinite ammunition, choose an encounter that permits the launcher and has enough enemies, such as Drawbridge. Keep firing at groups instead of chasing isolated targets. 30. Hang Tough!: Destroy ten vehicles while being dragged on the rope in Chapter 11's Convoy. Shoot vehicles before climbing aboard. Repeat the checkpoint without leaving the encounter until the total registers. 31. Run the Table: Stealth kill, melee kill, headshot, explosive kill within 15 seconds. Chapter 8's Bridge works: drop on the first guard, alert the nearby pair, punch one and headshot the other, then throw dynamite toward the reinforcements. Retry the entire sequence if its order breaks. 32. Hitting a Brick Wall: Five armored enemies defeated entirely with melee. At Avery's Tower, drop onto an armored enemy to remove the helmet, then finish with punches. Don't weaken him with bullets first. 33. Wingman: Ten joint melee finishes with a companion. During Chapter 2's Laundry Fight, attack the enemy Sam is attacking rather than running off to fight a different one. 34. Cliffhanger: Twenty ledge-pull kills. Chapter 7's Evasion starts with an accessible guard. Stay hanging below him, pull him over, restart and repeat. 35. Ludonarrative Dissonance: One thousand enemy kills overall. Story replays and combat cleanup contribute; leave this until after the more specific tasks. 36. I Accidentally All the Guns: Get a kill with each campaign gun and relevant explosive type. The accompanying weapons checklist includes the environmental items that weapon selection cannot simply hand you. Firing every gun into a wall is not the U4 requirement. Chapter-specific tasks 37. Still Got It!: Chapter 4, hit all four red attic targets with the toy gun. 38. Ghost in the Cemetery: Chapter 8 cemetery/Dormitories encounter: no kills and no detection. Use the cliff edge, grass and right-side wall. Wait out the guards near the exit before opening the gate. 39. Trials and Tribulations: Chapter 9's bucket/cross trial, at most ten wheel turns. Fill the bucket first. Final layout: bucket above; white cross left, large cross middle, black cross right. Starting arrangements vary, so work out your sequence, restart and perform that sequence cleanly. 40. Not a Cairn in the World: Knock down all sixteen Chapter 10 cairns. The separate route follows them in travel order because some drops prevent returning. 41. Don't Feed the Animals: Chapter 11, buy an apple, interact with the lemur and let it take the apple. 42. I Can See My House From Here!: Before finishing the clocktower bell sequence, continue above the large bell to the roof's highest pillar. 43. Glamour Shot: During Chapter 11's founders puzzle, photograph Sully when you have the phone instead of only photographing the symbols. 44. Stage Fright: After the founders puzzle and balcony scene, stand still for thirty seconds before starting the chase. 45. Marco Polo Returns!: Chapter 12, swim beside the wreck off the islands. 46. On Porpoise: Get three dolphins following the boat. Search the offshore route behind the main island, between the tower-side rocks and wreck island; approach each dolphin and keep moving so the group follows. 47. Peaceful Resolution: Play Chapters 13 and 14 through to Chapter 15 without anyone dying, including from Sam's attacks. Use story/chapter progression, not isolated encounter selection. In Chapter 14, detection is especially risky because Sam can start killing. Restart immediately when the condition is broken. 48. Just Floor It!: Chapter 17's jeep escape with Elena, no enemy kills by either of you. Sneak along the cliff/rope route, enter the vehicle unseen and avoid running anyone over. 49. Swordmaster: Chapter 22 duel without a sword hit. Explorer and the unlocked slow-motion modifier help. Read attack direction: Triangle against left-side attacks, Circle against right-side attacks on PlayStation. Restart after a hit rather than finishing a damaged attempt. 50. Best Score!: Beat 3,500 in the epilogue's Crash game. Collect fruit, the extra-life crate and finish without dying. The Chapter 4 version does not provide the same scoring opportunity. Original PS4 multiplayer: five more base trophies 51. Continue the Adventure: Finish multiplayer introduction. 52. Get in the Game: Finish five multiplayer matches; winning is unnecessary. 53. Trials by Fire: Complete the required multiplayer trials on Moderate. Check every available trial's completion indicator; don't assume a harder campaign run does this. 54. Friends Forever!: Summon ten Sidekicks using earned match cash. 55. Medic!: Revive ten downed allies before they die. Stay near the team and cover the revive rather than treating it as a kill challenge. 56. One Last Time: All other PS4 base trophies. Survival DLC is not required. These are online-mode-dependent requirements. This guide has not tested a live PS4 lobby or guaranteed matchmaking availability on your account. Legacy of Thieves has none of these five multiplayer trophies. Collection completion On PS5, A Thief's Legacy is the shared platinum. Don't Ruin the Moment is the collection's completion requirement for all 49 Lost Legacy tasks. Finish both games' lists. Steam presents 101 achievements rather than a PlayStation platinum category. Save importing can unlock completed tasks, but keep the original saves and verify what actually transferred; don't assume every trophy will automatically appear.
