I'm having a lot of fun with the Johanka mission on Kingdom Come: Deliverance. I think it's one of the DLCs. It was probably one of the longest quest chains that I've experienced. I started off by helping her out with all of the sick patients from Sassal and then from Scallets. It led from that into the preaching, the side quests, and the missions attached to it. Right now I'm at the part where she's about to get arrested and I start the trial but the storyline's amazing.
