Origins: finding all twelve stone circles Text directions for the twelve circles, not the complete Origins location guide. Start Bayek's Promise at the Amun circle near Siwa. At each circle, interact with the stones, then move and rotate the constellation until it matches the stars. Finding the stones without finishing that part doesn't clear the location. I'd work through these by region. No need to keep crossing the entire map because you missed the second one in an area. Siwa and Iment Nome 1. Amun, Siwa: Take the road around the lake west of Siwa, heading south. Once you're below the settlement, look out into the desert on the western side for the stones. 2. Serqet, Iment Nome: Start at Yamu's Temple of Sekhmet and travel west into the desert. Search the northwestern extension of Iment Nome. 3. Divine Lion, Iment Nome: From the Temple of Sekhmet, travel southeast into northeastern Iment Nome. This circle is also west of Letopolis. Siwa/Yamu landmarks (https://t.co/C55rughyaQ). The western desert 4. Apis, Isolated Desert: Find Remetch Ra, then head south. The circle sits below that viewpoint in the southern part of the region. 5. Goat Fish, Isolated Desert: Head northwest from Pissa Oros Citadel along the road. Climb onto the cliff beside the valley in the region's northwestern extension. 6. Osiris, Qattara Depression: Travel southeast from Balagrae, out of the mountains and into the desert. You're looking in the northwestern part of Qattara Depression. 7. The Great Twins, White Desert Oasis: Go to the region's northern lake and search the small island with the circle. Don't confuse this with a mainland desert site. Western landmarks (https://t.co/ks2NkJdvWC) · Northern-lake check (https://t.co/C55rughyaQ). Faiyum, Uab Nome, and the eastern islands 8. Taweret, Faiyum: Follow the northern shore of Lake Moeris toward its western end, along the road between Dionysias and Soknopaiou. 9. Pisces, Faiyum: From Philadelphia, cross the lake northeast to its opposite shore. Search along that eastern shoreline. 10. Horus, Uab Nome: Southeast of Krokodilopolis, cross to the south side of the river. Look on the rocky rise beside the viewpoint, overlooking the water. 11. The Scales, Uab Nome: Farther east than Horus, follow the same river toward the Nile. Search its southern bank before the confluence. 12. Hathor, Ka-Khem Nome: Cross east from Letopolis into the marsh islands. On the southern large island, check the eastern shore. Lake and island directions (https://t.co/ks2NkJdvWC) · Horus and Scales map verification (https://t.co/FoQjd7lmaj). After all twelve constellation puzzles are done, return to Amun in Siwa to finish Bayek's Promise. Don't leave the quest hanging just because the last circle is checked off. Quest completion (https://t.co/FoQjd7lmaj). Origins: the hermit spots and where to sit Five base-game sites and two Hidden Ones sites. This guide does not cover the unmarked Curse of the Pharaohs resting places. These are worth stopping for. Each completed resting spot gives you an ability point, and the five in the original Egypt map count toward Words of Wisdom. You have to interact at the resting place, not just discover the location. Demesne of Sekhem, Herakleion Nome: Travel east from Herakleion to the island with the isolated hut. Outside, find the flowers and body. The resting interaction is by the candles at the body's feet. Ogdamos, Paraitonion: Travel north from the region's viewpoint into the abandoned village. Go up the steps and into the house by the candle; interact at the carpet inside. Eremites Hideout, Faiyum: Cross south from Euhemeria to the ruined temple. Climb above the two large statues. The cloth on the stonework above them is your resting spot. These three interaction points (https://t.co/JduKbs4bbl). Aquifer Oasis, Qattara Depression: From Siwa, head east and follow the mountains along the desert's western side to the oasis. The resting spot is in the water. Watch the hyenas before wandering straight in. Ra-Horakhty Mountain Top, Black Desert: Start from Soknopaiou Nesos and head west into the mountains. Climb to the summit and look for the resting cloth. Reaching the peak also handles the mountain-height achievement. Desert approaches (https://t.co/eSdlUKzoCu) · Summit interaction (https://t.co/JduKbs4bbl). The Hidden Ones: two more The Turquoise Island, Red Sea: Get to the island in the northern Red Sea, then climb to its highest point. Rest at the lookout above the water. Point Mafkat, Madiama Nome: Reach the coastal mountaintop by climbing from the sea or following the mountain pass. The resting interaction is on the wooden platform facing south. Sinai resting places (https://t.co/JduKbs4bbl). Origins: papyrus pickups and their treasure Base game only; Hidden Ones has a separate four-puzzle set. Pick up the actual scroll first. These entries give you the pickup, then the place its clue leads. The treasure can be in a completely different region, so don't assume you're searching around the building where you found the papyrus. Siwa, Lake Mareotis, and Alexandria 1. A Long Drink: House of Life, Siwa: table beneath the outside canopy. Then dive into Siwa's round pool, southeast of the Temple of Amun, and search the bottom. 2. Fertile Lands: Climb to Hypostyle Hall's upper level. Northwest of Yamu, find the palm grove with the fully enclosed low stone walls; search the grass inside. 3. Divided Valley: Great Library, Alexandria: table beside the stairs. In the canyon near Anthylla, Sap-Meh Nome, search beneath the lone leafy tree beside the natural rock bridge. 4. The Stone Gaze: Sarapeion, Alexandria: table inside the temple. On the ruined island in southern Lake Mareotis, search behind the broken column facing the large statue. 5. Deafening Silence: Iseion, Alexandria: behind the temple statue. On the small island north of the city, follow the fallen palm toward the water and search the shoreline. Pickup and landmark checks (https://t.co/RzaoJBiwKY). 6. Ray of Hope: Tomb of Alexander: climb to the statue upstairs. At Aquifer Oasis, Qattara Depression, search the small tree at the valley's northeastern entrance. 7. Nature's Way: Great Synagogue: rear courtyard canopy. In eastern Kanopos Nome's cleared woodland, search beneath the surviving small palm among the felled trees. 8. Dead End: Zephyros Stables: southern desk. North of Letopolis, follow the irrigation drain into the sandy gap between green fields; search its dead end. 9. Sea of Sand: Temple of Horus: behind the statue. Visit southeastern Iment Nome's wrecked-ship viewpoint. At sunrise, follow the mast's crossed shadow downhill to the loot. 10. Stone Fungus: Eastern Cemetery Mastaba, Giza: enter through the roof opening. Northwest of Menkaure's pyramid, climb the smaller of the two mushroom-shaped rocks. These five routes (https://t.co/ApKo6hzEq7). Memphis and Faiyum 11. Burning Bush: Wabet, Memphis: search inside the building. Cross the Nile east, then look below the mountains for the lone tree near shore; search its neighboring bush. 12. In Plain Sight: Palace of Apries: bookshelf in the northern room. On the dye-making island southeast of Krokodilopolis, search the pale pool rather than the red or yellow ones. 13. Fallen Friend: Temple of Ptah: table in its northwest section. At Memphis's eastern canal, dive in front of the southern standing statue and search the submerged statue near the wreck. 14. The Leaning Tower: Sarapeion of Karanis: upper floor. North of Dionysias Caravanserai, find the damaged tower and search its base on the supported side. Memphis and tower checks (https://t.co/OFO3IzJeTD). 15. The Blasphemer: Valley Market, Euhemeria: upper stalls. North of the western Haueris Nome pyramid viewpoint, find the burial valley; search at the doorway of the small pyramid on the projecting rock shelf on its northeastern slope. Burial-area approach (https://t.co/1pid3oQmcR). 16. Just Laws: House of Iwn, south of Philadelphia. In Atef-Pehu Nome's pottery area, climb the lone kiln west of the road and search its top. 17. Sobek's Rage: Temple of Sobek, Krokodilopolis: upper level. South of Haueris Nome's broken pyramid, follow the crocodile statue's gaze; search behind the seated pharaoh's head. 18. Thoth's Secret: Temple of Thoth, Hermopolis. Cross south into Uab Nome's leopard territory, climb to the elevated branch, and perform its leap of faith; search inside the cave below. 19. Twin Despair: Temple of Khonsou, Herakleion Nome. At Yw Huts, find the tree behind the flooded and roofless houses and search its base. 20. Royal Flora: Galenos' House, Natho: upstairs. On the island east of Natho, search beneath the huge tree south of Neith Cradle Hideout. Regional puzzle checks (https://t.co/0V7AHzoZdE). Green Mountains and Kyrenaika 21. Wet Work: Oracle of Apollo, Green Mountains. Follow Aquaeductus Kyrenaike uphill to its source cave; dive into the lowest pool and search beside the jars. 22. Forsaken City: Asklepieion, Balagrae: rear pavilion. In Keno, southern Paraitonion, enter the isolated ruined house above the village's western side and search its middle. 23. Undue Haste: Temple of Zeus, Kyrenaika. Visit the lighthouse island north of Apollonia and search beside the wrecked boat on its northern shore. 24. Dead or Alive: Apollonion of Cyrene. Enter Surus's elephant arena in southwestern Green Mountains; search between the pool and the arena's western wall. The elephant is an active threat. 25. Underground Currents: Tomb of Battos, Cyrene. Follow the stream feeding the lake south of Cyrene back uphill; search at the waterfall's source. Final-region treasure checks (https://t.co/QiNDTD76I5). Origins: the 14 tablet tombs and 6 ancient mechanisms Short entrance and puzzle guide, not a room-by-room list of every loose resource. Bring a torch and collect silica as you explore. Read the tablet to complete each tablet tomb. The mechanisms are separate interactions, including one unmarked device inside Khufu. Save 50 silica for the Sphinx mechanism; the other five use 5 each. Mountain of the Dead, Siwa: Enter the rocky tomb northwest of Siwa. Break the painted wall, take the first right then left through the webs. Break the pots blocking the movable shelf, slide it aside, and enter the tablet room. Tomb of the Nomads, Isolated Desert: Use the hillside entrance by the camp in the region's northwest. Turn right inside and continue to the pool. Dive; the tablet is in the pool's lower-right corner from your approach. Adorer of Thoth, Giza: Enter the guarded cave in western Giza. Follow the tunnel past the statue to the hanging platforms. Lower the higher platform with Bayek, then load it with five rope spools so it stays down. Climb across to the opposite, raised platform and enter the tablet room. The pool behind the earlier statue is an optional loot detour, not the tablet route. Eesfet Oon-m'Aa Poo, beneath the Great Sphinx: Finish the 12 stone circles first. Enter the crawlspace behind the Sphinx and reach the chamber with the illuminated map. Interact with the map to open the deeper route. Bring 50 silica for the final mechanism and Isu outfit; this is not another ordinary tablet pickup. Golden Tomb, Isolated Desert: Between Theos Elpis Rift and Remetch Ra, enter the weakened wall on the mountain's north side. Follow the sunlight, clear mirror webs and move blocked reflectors. Read the tablet, then continue into Oun-mAa Niye Ressoot for its mechanism. Nomarch's Tomb, Black Desert: Drop through the opening west of Faiyum. Push the movable support beneath the raised boat end, then climb to the tablet. Continue into Seshem.eff Er Aat; its mechanism is underwater. Seth-Anat, Desheret Desert: Find the buried black-stone complex in the central canyon. Move reflectors and burn mirror webs to carry the beam through the ruins. Beyond the tablet is Qeneb too Kah'Aiye's mechanism. Amenemhat III, Haueris Nome: Enter the pyramid near Krokodilopolis. Break the wooden floor and sand-release panels to clear the sealed route. Deal with the crocodiles, then dive for the tablet. Smenkhkare, Haueris Nome: Enter the pillared ruins on the southern peninsula. Cross the counterweight platforms to the guarded tablet room. Continue through the rear crack into Eeyoo Sekedoo Aat. Tomb of the Cynic, Uab Nome: Search the western hills toward White Desert Oasis. Clear the lions and follow the cave to its tablet. Khufu tablet, Giza: Enter the Great Pyramid from the north. Take the upward route rather than the early crack. In the treasure chamber, break both back-wall seals; climb the newly opened passage to the tablet. The mechanism is a separate trip down the early crack after The Hyena. Menkaure, Giza: Enter the smallest southern pyramid from its north face. In the room with the descending central tunnel, look above and left from the entrance. Use that opening for the tablet route; the downward passage is a treasure detour. Sneferu, Saqqara Nome: Enter the pyramid east of Nitria from its north face. Find the concealed side passage. Weight the hanging platforms with the available objects so the opposite platform stays high enough to cross. Repeat at the next balance puzzle to reach the tablet. Tomb of Djoser, Saqqara Nome: Enter below the northeastern step pyramid. Descend, turn left and move the shelf on the right. Follow the revealed passage, turn right and break the left wall. In the green-stone corridor go right, then left at the fork. Ahead, break the second weak section of the left wall for the tablet. Tomb of Khafre, Giza: Enter the middle pyramid from the north. Keep descending; after the drop, the lower passage runs beneath your entrance route. Continue to the scarab wall and boat puzzle. Push the rack beneath the boat’s far end to hold it as a ramp, climb up, and continue into the tablet room. Khufu mechanism: After finishing The Hyena, return to the northern entrance of the Great Pyramid. Take the early right-hand crack rather than the upper tablet route. Descend through the hole and follow the underground corridor to the large chamber. Activate the mechanism with 5 silica. Origins: finishing Old Habits without losing track A practical cleanup plan, not a separate post for every chest in Egypt. For Old Habits, finding a location isn't the same thing as finishing it. Check the location's actual objectives before moving on. If it still wants a captain killed or a treasure collected, that stop isn't done. I'd handle the map one region at a time: 1. Finish the story before doing the final sweep. That avoids confusing story access with a missing collectible. 2. Pick a region and work across it in one direction. Don't keep jumping between opposite ends of Egypt. 3. Open each unfinished location and check its objective counter. Clear those requirements, not just the enemies you happen to see. 4. Check the quieter edges too: desert, water, and places you've only passed through. 5. Keep a short list of the locations you cannot finish yet, with the reason. Come back to those deliberately instead of hoping you'll remember them. Papyrus distinction: collecting the papyrus at its location and solving its riddle are separate. Old Habits needs the location completed; it does not require every papyrus treasure solution. The puzzle guides are still useful for the rewards, but don't mistake them for the last missing map requirement. Community location checklist and requirement distinction (https://t.co/WmF12sLRAQ). The point is to make the last few locations manageable. A region checked properly is much more useful than riding across the entire map again because the achievement hasn't appeared yet.
