Liberation: finishing the collections without mixing up the sets Liberation has a few collections that look like the same job until you find out you're wearing the wrong outfit, or the thing you're missing only exists inside a memory. Diary pages: 30. Two come through the story. The loose pages are15 in New Orleans,9 in the Bayou and4 in Chichen Itza. Don't spend an afternoon searching for a story page as though it's another roof pickup. Nearby collectibles appear on the mini-map, so check the height as well as the street you're standing on. Alligator eggs: 12, including the story pickup. Treat the nest and the animal as two parts of the job. Clear the danger, then collect the egg. Killing the alligator alone isn't the collection. Mayan statuettes: 10. Eight are outdoor Chichen Itza finds; two need memory access. Those two are the ones I'd check first if free roam looks finished. The complete ten-item section follows, including the Sequence4-6 and6-1 approaches. Mushrooms: 10. Start the Bayou Fever introduction before searching for these. The mushrooms and the sick people are separate objectives: collecting medicine isn't the same as treating everybody. There are nine further patients after the introduction. Check both totals rather than assuming one finished award proves the other collection is done. Persona collections: ten of each. Lady for the precious stones, Assassin for the coins, Slave for the voodoo dolls. Keep three separate tallies and change before heading out for that set. Don't try to solve a Lady pickup with an Assassin climbing route just because the map positions look close. Pocket watches: These are bought, not hidden around the map. The full ten-watch bill is165,625. Keep enough money back for the expensive ones instead of wondering why the collection is still short after a tour of every region. The price checklist follows. Citizen E: Six encounters total, with two tied to the story. Don't stop at the apparent ending. The four optional locations and their sequence gates follow too. For the remaining field pickups, search one neighborhood or stretch of swamp at a time and log the count before changing regions. Aveline's nearby-marker system is useful, but it isn't a promise that every distant collectible will already be visible. The memory-only statuettes are a separate cleanup, not a reason to keep searching the same empty swamp. --- Liberation: all ten Mayan statuettes Eight are outdoors in Chichen Itza. The final two require story memories. If your outdoor count is eight, stop searching the same settlement and check the two memories below. The eight outdoor searches Use the building outlines to identify these positions. Orient the map with the large main temple at the bottom and the isolated cross-shaped viewpoint ruin at the top. Top/bottom/left/right below refer to that map view, not compass bearings. Move close enough for the statuette icon to show. The numbers below are just this checklist, not in-game item numbers. 1. Upper-left edge: small building at the upper end of the left-hand path. 2. Left-hand ruins: upper end of the large rectangular ruin beside the waterway. 3. Upper-central buildings: above the dark rectangular building, left of the small cross-shaped structure. 4. Upper viewpoint: left side of its isolated cross-shaped ruin. 5. Lower-left cluster: bottom of the tall rectangular building, near the path from the left viewpoint. 6. Central cluster: beside its rightmost small buildings, before the path bends right. 7. Right edge: beside the two small buildings above the tall rectangular building. 8. Main temple: along its bottom edge, left of that tall right-hand building. These are small objects. Once the icon appears, check the actual object position rather than assuming the middle of the building outline is the pickup. Sequence 4, Memory 6: The Secret of the Cenote After dropping into the water inside the ancient ruins, search the next underwater passage. If you've started climbing the tall obelisk to continue the mission, you've gone past the pickup area. Sequence 6, Memory 1: Return to Mexico After the canoe section, drop into the pool and follow the route toward the large climbable stone column. Continue along the lower path instead of climbing. The statuette is at its dead end. Complete the replay before checking the saved collection total. These two pickups explain why an outdoor-only search can leave you at eight out of ten. --- Assassin’s Creed Liberation: Citizen E and the pocket watches Story spoilers for the Citizen E section. These encounters uncover the memories Abstergo tried to hide, so they’re worth doing for more than the trophy. Citizen E There are six encounters. Two belong to the story, leaving four targets to find. Use Eagle Vision inside each search area. 1. Bayou: the story introduces the first during Sequence 2, Eve of Saint John. 2. New Orleans: search the northeastern streets after A Governor No More in Sequence 3. The target walks around, so scan the search zone rather than checking one fixed doorstep. 3. Chichen Itza: climb the pyramid in the southern part of the settlement. Look during Sequence 4 after Trail of Truth. 4. Bayou: after Power of Voodoo in Sequence 5, search inside the stranded ship south of San Danje. 5. New Orleans: after An Urgent Favor in Sequence 7, climb the central church into its bell tower. 6. Finale: keep playing after the apparent ending. Follow the timed Animus route to the final target. Pocket watches These are purchases from smugglers. You’re not looking for ten loose watches hidden around the map. Stock opens as the story progresses. - Cartographer’s Watch: 1,250 écu - Engraved Watch: 1,875 - Pourpre Rosa Watch: 4,375 - Gentleman’s Watch: 6,250 - Flemish Timepiece: 9,375 - Antique Watch: 13,750 - Parisian Masterpiece: 21,250 - Engraved Silver: 28,750 - Armada Gold: 35,000 - Admiral’s Treasure: 43,750 The full set totals 165,625 écu. Buying all ten completes One Watch Is Not Enough and unlocks the Dueling Pistol, which you can then collect free from a weapons shop.
