Revelations has a few different achievement lists depending on the version. The Ezio Collection has 49 Revelations achievements on Xbox, or 50 trophies including the PS4 platinum. It includes The Lost Archive and leaves out multiplayer.
The original Xbox 360 game has 49 base achievements plus 20 across its three DLC packs. PS3 adds a platinum for 70 total trophies with all DLC. Steam currently lists 48 achievements: the single-player set and Lost Archive, but without the console achievement for collecting Ishak Pasha’s pages. Those pages still matter in the game.
The original online services were shut down, so the multiplayer section below is historical. Don’t plan a fresh original-version 100% run around getting those online awards. PC also needs an edition/access check for the Desmond and Lost Archive content; a trophy being listed does not prove that a new purchase includes working access to it.
Story and Desmond’s Journey
Finishing the nine main sequences earns, in order:
1. Best Served Cold
2. Istanbul and Constantinople
3. Seal the Deal
4. The Prince
5. The Plot Thickens
6. Successes and Failures
7. Old Boss, New Boss
8. Priorities
9. Revelations
Fond Memories is the extra step: complete the optional synchronization objectives throughout all nine sequences. Check the DNA menu for memories below 100% and replay those. Finishing the story alone doesn’t do it.
Desmond’s five separate first-person chapters award The Early Years, The Reluctant Assassin, Escape to New York, The Rotten Apple, and Are You Desmond Miles?, in that order. Collect Animus fragments to open their gates on Animus Island. Don’t confuse these five chapters with The Lost Archive.
Collecting and side activities
- Capped: collect all 100 Animus data fragments. Cappadocia has twelve of them; clearing Constantinople alone leaves you short.
- Worth A Thousand Words: collect the ten Ishak Pasha memoir pages. This award is on the console lists, not the current 48-entry Steam list.
- Holy Wisdom: finish the Hagia Sofia secret level after obtaining the pages. Entering the building is not the same as finishing its challenge.
- Sage: obtain all 28 books: 14 from Constantinople shops, four from Cappadocia, seven Polo book quests and three through the story. Save money for the Cappadocia books rather than assuming the main city’s stock is everything.
- Pyromaniac: finish all eight Piri Reis bomb lessons. These teach different bomb uses; crafting random bombs doesn’t replace the missions.
- Craft Maniac: make thirty bombs at crafting tables. Craft, use or dismantle supplies and repeat as necessary.
- A Friend Indeed: complete one faction’s full challenge list, not one individual challenge or one tier.
- My Protégé: promote one recruit to Master Assassin.
- The Mentor: do that for seven recruits. Build their experience through contracts and complete their Master Assassin missions; experience alone isn’t the whole process.
- Armchair General: hold every eligible Mediterranean Defense city at the same time. Rhodes is excluded. Work on taking and maintaining cities together instead of letting earlier conquests fall while pursuing the last one.
- Iron Curtain: finish a den defense perfectly without using the cannon. Replay the introductory defense and use barriers and troops, not cannon shots.
Movement and combat
- Spider Assassin: climb from ground level to Hagia Sofia’s pinnacle in under 25 seconds. Start at the southwest corner and rehearse the climb.
- Almost Flying: parachute from Galata Tower all the way to the Golden Horn. Bring a parachute and fly south from the summit.
- Show-Off: move from an open parachute onto a zipline. Pass over the line, release the parachute and catch the line with the hookblade.
- Overkiller: make fifty hidden-blade assassinations. Use the blades for routine guard removals and this will build naturally.
- Lightning Strikes: kill five guards within five seconds using hidden blades only. Smoke a gathered group; start with a double assassination.
- Silent but Deadly: kill three guards at once using throwing knives. Charge the multi-knife throw against three lightly armored guards.
- I Can See You: kill five guards while covered by a smoke-screen bomb. Bring the group together before setting off the smoke.
- Mosh Pit: have ten guards poisoned simultaneously. Use a gathered group and Datura bombs; the condition is ten poisoned together, not ten poison kills spread across the game.
- Mouse Trap: kill five guards with a falling scaffold after caltrops have stunned them. Lure guards beside a scaffold, stun them, then pull it down.
- Monster’s Dance: a poisoned guard must incapacitate three civilians. Poison a guard near a crowd; Ezio’s own kills don’t count.
- Fast Fingers: unlock the thieves’ body-looting ability through their challenges, hire them and let them loot fifty dead guards. Manually searching fifty bodies is not the same thing.
- Tax Evasion: catch a Templar tax collector and recover the money. Tackle or sweep him instead of killing him.
- Bully: find Duccio after his story introduction and beat him with fists. This is a fistfight, not an assassination.
The Lost Archive
This is its own first-person puzzle story. It has ten awards, and the no-failure runs are separate from ordinary completion.
- Part of the Creed: perform the induction leap of faith.
- Jump They Say: reach the Animus memo.
- Enter the Animus: reach the simulation entry.
- Meet Your Maker: finish the fifth memory.
- The Loop: reach the looping ending.
- Find All Pieces: collect all twenty decipher fragments. These are separate from Ezio’s hundred city fragments.
- Breaking the Loop: collect the decipher fragments and use the newly available escape from the cycle. Seeing the ordinary ending isn’t the same as breaking it.
- Save Yourself: fall more than 25 metres and land on a block you place. Choose a tall chamber with room to fall and create the landing platform beneath you.
- Impress Warren Vidic: finish the fourth memory’s testing sequence without failing. Learn the laser and moving-hazard timing before doing a clean run; restart the memory after a failure rather than assuming a checkpoint erases it.
- Cross Styx Without Dying: cross the Styx section in the seventh memory without a failure. Practice the launch-block placements and moving fields, then do that crossing cleanly.
The Conqueror is the PlayStation platinum. The original PS3 platinum uses the base-game list, including multiplayer. The Ezio Collection’s PS4 platinum uses its revised single-player list, including Lost Archive.
