Mass Effect 1 trophy guide, 5/5 Legendary Edition's shared trilogy list. All 11 trophies, separate from the three game platinums. Keep this bit handy if you're going for the full 100% rather than just ME1's platinum. • Insanity I: finish one of ME1, ME2 or ME3 on Insanity. • Insanity II: finish two different games on Insanity. • Insanity III: finish all three on Insanity. Set Insanity when starting each run, verify it as soon as you gain control, and never lower it during that run. Don't assume importing a character preserved your difficulty. Insanity is available from the start in Legendary Edition. Keep saves before each finale rather than relying on old replay-the-ending exploits. • Paramour I: complete a qualifying romance in one game. • Paramour II: do that in two different games. • Paramour III: do that in all three games. You don't have to keep the same partner. You DO need a qualifying relationship in each game, not just flirt dialogue. ME1: male Shepard can romance Ashley or Liara; female Shepard can romance Kaidan or Liara. Talk between main missions, choose the relationship, keep the partner alive and accept the romance scene on the way to Ilos. ME2: use a main squadmate romance. Male Shepard: Miranda, Jack or Tali. Female Shepard: Jacob, Garrus or Thane. Finish that person's loyalty mission, keep taking the romantic conversation options between missions and commit before the Omega-4 relay. Liara's Shadow Broker romance and Kelly's cabin scene do NOT satisfy ME2's Paramour requirement. ME3: establish or recommit to a qualifying romance and reach its lock-in scene. Liara is an option for either Shepard even without an earlier romance; talk to her on the Normandy, follow her Citadel meetings and explicitly choose a relationship at the Presidium Commons meeting after the Citadel coup. If switching partners, end the other relationship before locking Liara in. Other main romances work too, but don't mistake a casual encounter for a trophy romance. • Long Service Medal: finish ME1, import that completed Shepard into ME2, finish ME2 with Shepard alive, import that completed career into ME3 and finish ME3. The same name/face on three fresh characters doesn't count. Changing class during an import is fine; preserve the imported career. • Recruit: accumulate 250 enemy kills. • Soldier: accumulate 1,000 enemy kills. • Veteran: accumulate 2,000 enemy kills. Those kill totals add up across the trilogy; they're not 2,000 in each game. • Bruiser: get 100 melee killing blows across the trilogy. Weaken enemies with a gun if needed, then finish them with melee. ME3's heavy melee is handy for cleanup. Keep a save before each romance lock-in and final mission, and check the shared list after those milestones. Three platinums can still leave this whole extra list unfinished.
