Mass Effect 1 trophy guide, 4/5 Playing the ORIGINAL instead? Don't use Legendary Edition's shorter requirements. PS3 has 47 trophies including N7 Elite. Xbox 360 has 45 base achievements, plus Colonial Savior from Bring Down the Sky and 3 from Pinnacle Station: 49 total. Xbox doesn't have a platinum. Pinnacle Station isn't in PS3 or Legendary Edition. The original-only additions: • Long Service Medal: finish ME1 twice. This is NOT the Legendary Edition trilogy-import trophy with the same name. • Distinguished Combat Medal: complete a Hardcore run without lowering/changing the difficulty. • Medal of Valor: complete an Insanity run without lowering/changing it. On a fresh profile, finish once to unlock Hardcore, then clear Hardcore to unlock Insanity. Plan at least three full runs. • Pistol Expert, Shotgun Expert, Assault Rifle Expert and Sniper Expert: personally get 150 kills with EACH named weapon type. Rotate weapons instead of expecting squad kills to do it. • Tactician: finish a run having taken more shield damage than health damage. Use cover and let shields recharge; avoid repeatedly fighting on bare health. • Rich: hold more than 1,000,000 credits. Sell spare gear and stop spending before the threshold. • Dog of War: kill 150 organic enemies. • Geth Hunter: kill 250 synthetic enemies. • Power Gamer / Extreme Power Gamer: reach level 50 / 60 with one character. Carry that Shepard into New Game Plus for level 60. • Paragon and Renegade: separate trophies. Reach 75% on EACH morality meter, across your runs if needed. • Paramour: finish a romance with Ashley or Liara as male Shepard, or Kaidan or Liara as female Shepard. Talk after major missions, choose the relationship, keep your partner alive and accept the scene before Ilos. Changed requirements/names: • Every Mastery and tech Specialist power above needs 75 uses, not 25, and Shepard must cast it personally. Use Adept/Engineer characters for full coverage; partial cleanup runs may be needed. • First Aid Specialist needs 150 medi-gel uses, not 50. • Electronics Specialist is called Overload Specialist. • Archivist is called Scholar; use the same 13-entry route. • Medal of Exploration is one trophy for landing on one uncharted world. No II/III. • All six Ally trophies need a majority-of-the-game run with that squadmate, not five missions. Keep a different pair for each full run and do plenty of side assignments. Recruit Liara before clearing your optional content on her run. Finish Ashley/Kaidan's requirements before Virmire. • Principled isn't on this list; use the separate Paragon/Renegade requirements. Meritorious Service Medal isn't on it either. The surviving story trophies, Completionist, Charismatic and Colonial Savior work as described earlier; for N7 Elite on PS3, finish the full original PS3 list, including Colonial Savior. Original Xbox 360 Pinnacle Station extras, if you have that DLC: • New Sheriff in Town: take first in any combat scenario. • Best of the Best: take first in all 12 scenarios. • Undisputed: after those records, complete Admiral Ahern's survival challenge. Recover the data to start the timer, use the turret and cover, and survive the full five minutes. These old requirements don't carry over into Legendary Edition.
