Mass Effect 1 trophy guide, 2/5 Squad trophies and powers. This is where Legendary Edition saves you a lot of repeat runs. Each ally needs FIVE completed missions or assignments while they're in your active squad. They don't just need to be recruited or sitting on the Normandy. Keep the pair with you through completion/turn-in, then swap after their trophies pop. • Soldier Ally: Ashley. • Sentinel Ally: Kaidan. • Krogan Ally: Wrex. • Turian Ally: Garrus. • Quarian Ally: Tali. • Asari Ally: Liara. For the power trophies, Shepard's casts count, and so do squadmate casts that YOU order from the power wheel. Don't leave this to automatic squad AI. Spend talent points to unlock each power first. Liara can cover all six biotics: • Lift Mastery: 25 Lift uses. • Throw Mastery: 25 Throw uses. • Warp Mastery: 25 Warp uses. • Singularity Mastery: 25 Singularity uses. • Barrier Mastery: activate Barrier 25 times. • Stasis Mastery: 25 Stasis uses. Tali can cover these four: • Damping Specialist: 25 Damping uses. • Electronics Specialist: 25 Overload uses. The trophy calls it Shield Overload. • Sabotage Specialist: 25 Sabotage uses. • AI Hacking Specialist: 25 SUCCESSFUL hacks on vulnerable synthetic enemies. Use geth or drones and upgrade Hacking if the target is too strong. An immune target or failed cast isn't a hack. Neural Shock Specialist: use Neural Shock 25 times on organic targets. Kaidan has it through Medicine, as do an Engineer or Sentinel Shepard. If Shepard can't use it, finish this before you risk losing Kaidan on Virmire. For offensive powers, aim at a live valid enemy, order the cast and let it connect. That avoids wasting time on questionable scenery/empty-air farming. Barrier doesn't need an enemy target. First Aid Specialist: use medi-gel 50 times. Heal when Shepard or a squadmate has actually lost health, not just shields, and keep restocking. Start doing this early rather than leaving 50 heals until the finale. No weapon-kill trophies or level-60 trophy in the ME1 Legendary Edition list. You don't need an Adept and an Engineer playthrough just to get all the powers.
