If you're counting the Metro Exodus expansions too, there are three more weapons to add. These are DLC weapons, not hidden guns you have to unlock somewhere in the Volga or Caspian. Location and equipment spoilers below, but no ending choices. The Two Colonels adds the Flamethrower. You start using it during the opening operation, so there isn't a secret challenge required to unlock it. It needs fuel and pressure. Keep an eye on both. Its pilot light gives you light and lets it fire without the usual ignition delay. A radio call or scene can put that pilot light out, so check it afterward rather than assuming it is still ready. It has two upgrade categories: • Pneumatic systems: Standard, Airtight, Automatic, High Capacity. • Fuel tanks: Small, Standard, Big, Extended, listed at 70, 115, 170 and 340 fuel units. Check around the workbenches and watch for the chalk flame symbols. The early dead trooper has the airtight system; the first workbench area has the standard tank; a later body near a hatch has the high-capacity system; the room beside the second workbench has the big tank. The later facility section supplies the automatic system, and the extended tank is on a body in its flooded side room marked as already searched. Sam's Story adds the Sammy and Stallion. Danila gives you access to both at the shooting range after the early submarine meeting. Take the Stallion from the table as well as the rifle. The Sammy is the rifle in Sam's special-weapon slot. It uses rifle ammunition and has an incendiary option. Its barrel/mechanism choices are automatic, burst-fire and semi-automatic. Stock choices are Balanced, Sniper and Heavy; the magazines are Small, Standard and High Capacity. It can use a reflex sight or 6x scope, along with the available lasers. It does not have a suppressor. The Stallion is the pistol. It takes handgun ammunition. The grip choices are Light, Balanced and Heavy. Its barrel choices are the standard short barrel, a suppressed short barrel, or the long barrel with full-auto conversion. The suppressor and full-auto assembly occupy the same slot, so you aren't combining those two. There are small, extended and high-capacity magazines, plus reflex and closed-reflex sights and lasers. Sam's Story also has a suppressed Valve. That is a DLC-specific barrel option, not a fourth newly named gun or a suppressor you missed in Artyom's base campaign. If you want all the Sammy and Stallion parts, here's a conservative checklist for Lord of War. Include the common sights and lasers as well as the gun-specific components: Sammy: Burst Fire System; Standard Magazine; Reflex Sight; Red Laser; Sniper Stock; Semi-Automatic System; Scope 6x; Heavy Stock; High Capacity Magazine. Stallion: Short Barrel and Suppressor; Green Laser; Balanced Grip; Extended Magazine; Reflex Sight; Closed Reflex Sight; High Capacity Magazine; Heavy Grip; Long Barrel with Full Auto. Some useful places to check as you go: • The early night-vision building's hidden stash has the Sammy's burst-fire system and standard magazine. Take the lower route beneath the wooden walkway. • The next building across the water has a Sammy with a reflex sight and red laser. Enter through the window and check the room beside the stairs. • Check the cinema's instrument room for a green laser, and its flooded underground area for the Stallion suppressor. • In the building where you reunite with the Captain after the cinema, cut the rope beside the locked red door to open a stash with the Stallion's balanced grip and extended magazine. • During the later sniper section, a hidden room reached behind hanging white cloth and under a table has the Stallion reflex sight. Check the sniper's dropped rifle for the Sammy's sniper stock, semi-auto system and 6x scope. Sparing him doesn't prevent looting it. • The humanimal building's hidden back room has the Stallion's closed-reflex sight and high-capacity magazine. • The dock beside the old police station has the Sammy's heavy stock and high-capacity magazine. • The construction-site cache uses the switches in the order 3-1-2, counting from the left. The Stallion there has the heavy grip and full-auto barrel. Strip the whole gun. Search the Night Hunters' stashes and strip enemy weapons along the way. Several sights and lasers are shared, so those don't always require finding a separate special version of each gun. Finish the search before moving past the DLC's one-way sections; collecting half the parts in one run and the other half in another is not a safe completion plan.
