Metro Exodus achievement guide (7/9)

Metro Exodus achievement guide (7/9) Collectibles and the Platinum Librarian — Fill the main campaign’s diary collection. The trophy text says 70, but the full location checklist contains 71 diary pickups. Follow the complete chapter list instead of stopping because you counted 70. The diary counts by chapter are: Moscow 10, Winter 1, Volga 13, Spring 1, Yamantau 6, Caspian 12, Summer 1, Taiga 18, Autumn 1, Dead City 8. Those small train chapters are easy to forget. Old world pictures — Collect all 21 postcards. Chapter totals: Moscow 2, Volga 5, Yamantau 2, Caspian 5, Taiga 5 and Dead City 2. Check walls, lockers and the edges of rooms; these are much easier to walk past than a large diary on a table. For both, use the pause-menu Collectibles screen to see which chapter still has gaps. Collected diaries and postcards remain recorded when using ordinary chapter select, so you can return for missing items without collecting every one again. For exact locations, this chapter-by-chapter visual route is useful alongside the counts: https://t.co/3C8bzeVswq Dressed for Success — Find all of Artyom’s suit modifications. Do the Volga and Caspian gear sweep in one continuous run rather than relying on separately replayed chapters to combine equipment. Guides and player reports disagree about that cleanup behavior, so collecting the full set together is the safer plan. The commonly linked 13-pickup route includes twelve selectable suit modifications PLUS the ordinary night-vision goggles. The goggles are worth collecting for Kaleidoscope, but do not confuse them with the separate NVD Amplifier upgrade in Caspian. Collecting a weapon attachment is not a suit upgrade. Use the gear pickups in the visual route above and tick them off before leaving the two open regions. On Reader you may already have the compass; check what is installed rather than panic if its usual pickup is absent. Platinum Trophy — PlayStation only. Earn the other 49 BASE-GAME trophies. The three NG+, eight Two Colonels and eight Sam’s Story trophies are for full completion beyond the Platinum, not prerequisites for it. That covers every base-game condition. The remaining sections are the separately listed additions.
