Marius wants people going downstream, and they take it as being told they cannot shit at all. • Make it 150 feet downstream: lose 5 groschen a day, gain 1 resident, no reputation change. • Make it 100 feet: gain 5 a day, no population change, gain 2 reputation. • Let them go wherever they want: no income change, lose 2 residents and 3 reputation. I chose 150 feet downstream. The 100-foot option is better for income and reputation, but 150 adds a resident. Either way, Henry has to stand there and make a ruling about it.
