There are 13 disputes, plus Marius’s wage negotiation. That is where the usual count of 14 comes from. You cannot get every dispute in one village: bakery or butcher changes the cases, and the guards’ judgment needs a guardhouse instead of stables.
Start the DLC after Baptism of Fire, find Marius for Divish, and become bailiff. Once settlers arrive, check the platform under the village tree. Some cases need certain buildings or people, so they will not all appear right away.
Income below means the change in groschen per day unless I say it is a total wage or a one-time payment. Population means the number in the village ledger. Save before judging, especially if you want to compare outcomes.
