The spending and leveling checklist
24. Amazing - reach the normal level cap, 60. Story, collectibles, and side activities provide the useful XP route. Ultimate Levels in NG+ are a separate progression layer, not what this original trophy asks for.
25. Resourceful - collect 10,000 Tech Parts across your play. This is cumulative collection, not a demand to sit on an unspent balance of 10,000. You can buy upgrades along the way.
26. To the Max - purchase the normal Gadget upgrades. Check each of the five gadget categories rather than assuming unlocking a gadget is the same as fully upgrading it.
27. Fully Loaded - purchase the normal Suit Tech upgrades. That menu is separate from the skill trees. Check Health, Damage, Focus, and Traversal; buying every skill point node is not a substitute.
28. Kitted Out - acquire the original game's required suits. Finish the activity chains as well as buying the level-unlocked outfits. You don't need to buy Digital Deluxe cosmetics, collect all NG+ Ultimate-Level styles, or turn this into a paid-content requirement.
29. Stylish - equip a suit style. Buying a suit and leaving its default appearance selected is not the same as changing to a style.
My spending advice is to buy things that make the run better first, then finish the remaining requirements with the resources from district completion. Don't panic-hoard everything, but don't spend all your remaining materials on optional colors and then wonder why the final required upgrade is still unaffordable.
Gold gadget appearances and NG+ Suit Tech Fusion are later extras. They should not be confused with the original gadget/Suit Tech completion requirements. The suits guide has the larger current wardrobe inventory; this trophy guide has the narrower completion target.
