District completion and the side-story finales
9. Superior - finish every district's completion checklist. This is the broad map-clearing target, not a requirement to chase every randomly generated street crime forever.
10. New York, New York - complete the Photo Ops collection. There are 23 photo opportunities; use the framing feedback instead of assuming any picture of the general area counts.
11. Grains of Sand - complete Marko's memory chain, including its conclusion. Finding the crystals and then ignoring the follow-up is not the same as finishing the story attached to them.
12. Co-Signing - complete the Prowler/Tech Stash chain. These are the designated Prowler activities, not every little blue resource chest on a rooftop.
13. Seek and Destroy - clear the Hunter Bases. Their related Hunter Blinds reveal the bases, so clear those prerequisites rather than expecting every base entrance to be available immediately.
14. Exterminator - clear the Symbiote Nests. These are late-game activities. Defensive crowd control is useful because letting enemies pile onto an objective can waste a fight you were otherwise winning.
15. Foundational - finish the EMF experiments and the chain's final assignment. The last part waits on story progress; an apparent gap before the ending is not necessarily a missing marker.
16. Funky Wireless Protocols - finish the Spider-Bot mystery. There are 42 actual bots to collect and then the follow-up. Some guides count the finale as another entry, which is why you may see 43 in a checklist. That does not mean there is a secret forty-third physical bot.
A practical distinction: ordinary crimes and scattered material chests are useful for resources, but they aren't an endless extra district-completion requirement. Use the district panel as your checklist. The Spider-Bots require more active searching than the normal revealed activity icons, so watch for their pulsing signals while you travel.
