Shared skills: disarming, throwing, and stealth The second combat route is: Slingshot Launch → Web Whip (1) → Web Throw (1) → Directional Yank (1) → Web Yank Slam (1) → Heavy Lifting (2). • Web Whip: pull a weapon away and send it back at its owner. With default PlayStation controls, hold Triangle and then tap R1. Prioritize an armed threat rather than letting that enemy interrupt every other move. • Web Throw: throw enemies who have already been restrained or stunned. Apply webs, electricity, or Venom Stun first; this is a follow-up, not a universal grab button. • Directional Yank: move a basic enemy sideways. Hold Triangle, then use L2 or R2. Look for a wall or object you can pull the enemy into. • Web Yank Slam: hold Triangle and use L2 + R2 to bring an enemy down hard. It gives you another deliberate response instead of continuing the same punch sequence. • Heavy Lifting: extends throwing and directional-yank options to Brutes once you have met the relevant stun or web condition. Big enemies become less restrictive, but you still have to set them up. Web Line Double Takedown (2) joins the two combat routes after Wall Thrash or Heavy Lifting. It lets a Web Line perch takedown collect two enemies together. The underlying Web Line is introduced during “Bad Guys on the Block”; this upgrade does not replace that introduction. For stealth, check the safety indicator before committing. Removing two enemies is useful, but getting spotted by a third defeats the whole point. Build a line that gives you a better angle rather than trying to force a takedown from the first position you find.
