The following are story-progress awards. If you're still avoiding spoilers, skip this post and come back after finishing the campaign. You don't need a special difficulty or a particular ending choice for them.
21. Hanging by a Thread | Bronze. Progress through the bridge rescue.
22. The Core of the Problem | Bronze. Complete the investigation of Roxxon's underground lab.
23. True Deception | Bronze. Finish the vault portion of Underground Undercover.
24. The Harlem Express | Bronze. Get the trains operating again.
25. Veloci-Skates | Bronze. Finish the Tinkerer pursuit through the city.
26. Shared History | Bronze. Play through Miles and Phin's past.
27. Exploding Bulldozer | Bronze. Defeat the Roxxon-enhanced Rhino.
28. Family Drama | Bronze. Defeat Prowler.
29. Ultimate Sacrifice | Bronze. Complete the story's Harlem finale.
If one hasn't appeared and you haven't reached that event yet, keep playing rather than hunting for it as a separate map activity. These names give away enough already, so I'm keeping the story explanation brief.
