The big completion awards

The big completion awards 01. Be Yourself | Platinum on PlayStation; completion achievement on Steam. Earn all the other entries. There isn't a separate secret action afterward. If it doesn't unlock, compare your actual platform list against what you've completed rather than assuming a map percentage covers everything. 02. Just the Beginning | Gold. Unlock all 33 skills. That includes the nine Challenge rewards and the three NG+ skills. The last NG+ skill becomes available at level 23, but you still need the points and the purchases. Reaching the level alone is not the entire requirement. 03. A New Home | Gold. Finish every district to 100%. Use the district checklists after the story, because additional activities become available as you progress. The post-story postcard chain matters. A district showing complete halfway through the campaign doesn't necessarily mean nothing else will ever appear there. These awards overlap with plenty of smaller ones, but they aren't interchangeable. The skill collection requires NG+, while you can finish the first-run district map before starting it.
