Making the last few requirements less frustrating
For the 100-hit combo, pick an encounter with enough enemies, play defensively, and don't get so focused on the number that you ignore an incoming attack. For the no-damage base, choose a base you know, use stealth where possible, then keep ranged threats under control. You need the whole base cleared without damage, not just its opening stealth section.
For Full Arsenal, the remaining gadget upgrades and their token costs are the checklist. For Grinding All the Way, inspect the benchmark closest to completion and deliberately work on that action. For Master's Education, pick the Taskmaster challenge type you handle most comfortably and improve that run.
My preferred order would be base story, district and miscellaneous cleanup, story DLC, remaining Remastered requirements, then an Ultimate NG+ story run if you're chasing everything. Keep your completed save rather than overwriting it unnecessarily.
It's a lot of entries written out, but most overlap with actually exploring and playing the game. The important thing is deciding whether you want the platinum, every outfit, every district finished, or the complete trophy/achievement list. They overlap, but they are not identical checklists.
