The actual Remastered exclusives, and the cleanest collection plan
46. Hybrid Suit: No Way Home-inspired outfit, free in updated Remastered on PS5 and included on PC.
47. Black and Gold Suit: the other No Way Home addition, with the same availability.
These two aren't in the original PS4 version. They arrived in the PS5 Remastered update in December 2021 and have no separate suit powers.
My approach would be to play the story, collect materials as you go, and buy powers you'll actually use before worrying about dressing Peter in absolutely everything. Then work through the completion rewards and each DLC chapter's checklist. Leave the separate secret-photo hunt for a focused pass if you want the ESU outfit.
Most importantly, don't mistake an empty slot for a bug before checking its version, level, token cost, story requirement, or DLC requirement. This wardrobe was built over several releases, and those details explain most of the confusion.
