27. Anti-Ock Suit: worn during the final mission, Pax in Bello, and formally unlocked after finishing the story. Resupply refills the currently selected gadget. Very useful if you have a particular gadget-based approach in mind. Its name is a story spoiler, which is why I've kept it away from the opening of this guide.
28. Undies: finish the main story and achieve 100% in every base-game district. Equaliser makes a hit decisive for both you and your enemies. It's a novelty with a very obvious risk attached, not a sensible universal recommendation for somebody struggling to survive.
A useful distinction: collecting absolutely every outfit is a bigger project than the A Suit For All Seasons trophy. That trophy checks the original purchasable suit set, not every free update costume and every DLC reward. The ESU secret-photo hunt, in particular, is not a requirement for the base platinum.
