That gives you flexibility between healing and finishers rather than locking you into one use. 3. Classic Suit (Repaired): after the early suit-system introduction, 2 Backpack and 2 Crime tokens. Web Blossom webs enemies around Peter. It is useful when you want to stop a group moving rather than focus on a single target. 4. Noir Suit: level 3; 2 Backpack and 1 Base token. Sound of Silence prevents alerted enemies from calling for backup while the power is active. It isn't an invisibility effect. 5. Scarlet Spider Suit: level 4; 3 Crime and 2 Landmark tokens. Holo Decoy creates distractions that can stun attackers. This is the hoodie-style Ben Reilly outfit, not the later Scarlet Spider II DLC suit.
