Because this character lives in Family Trials, build advice needs to use that mode's rules. You start a new run at level one. Talents take the place of the campaign skill tree, and most of the build is assembled during that attempt. The mode has some lasting rewards, but you aren't importing a campaign character with every family benefit and upgrade already attached.
That means there isn't an honest fixed shopping list I can promise you'll receive. Read the offered talent and ask what it improves in the way you're currently playing. Does it support the attack you're landing consistently? Does it improve survival where the previous floor exposed a weakness? An impressive effect that rarely triggers for your current approach may contribute less than a plain improvement you use constantly.
For bosses, separate your ability to clear a crowded room from your ability to damage one moving target. Learn the safe windows first. Use the homing option to reduce the aiming burden when appropriate, but keep watching incoming attacks. Tracking shots do not make the character invulnerable.
A useful run review is to ask what actually ended the fight: poor positioning, missed attacks, too little damage, or spending too long in danger? Change the next attempt around that answer instead of deciding every defeat means the character needs more damage.
