Harmonize reduces the stamina cost of moving while shooting. Inner Rhythm rewards repeated shooting while stationary. Those two skills represent different needs, and the right emphasis depends partly on how much safe stationary time you're actually finding. A solo player constantly retreating may get immediate practical value from easier mobile firing. A player who recognizes enemy recovery windows, or whose co-op partner is helping control the room, may make better use of stationary damage. You don't have to commit to one behavior for an entire dungeon. A fight can alternate between them. One Steam player recommends short stop-and-fire movements, often called stutter stepping, to reduce stamina pressure. Treat that as a technique to practice with your controls, rather than an excuse to promise unlimited firing or a specific damage increase. The simple version is to stop briefly, shoot, move out of danger, and repeat. There's an important limitation: repeatedly relocating won't maintain the same stationary rhythm as holding a safe position. That's a trade worth making when the alternative is being hit. Don't sacrifice most of a health bar to protect a damage bonus. For a boss, watch for a repeatable pause after an attack. Move through the dangerous portion, then use that pause to settle and fire. If the next attack forces movement, take it. The goal is to get more productive windows over the whole fight, not win an argument with the boss about whether you're allowed to stand still.
