Wonderland #36 shows the result: the Terror is brought back alive with the En Passant around his neck.
Calie wants him held for questioning, and keeping the artifact on him is essential. While he is bound by it, he has no access to the power that made pursuing him so difficult.
Then the physical imprisonment fails. By the end of the issue, the Terror is gone, and the artifact binding him is gone with him.
That's where this account stops. It would be too much to say the En Passant was destroyed or that its magic suddenly stopped working. The missing prisoner and missing restraint leave a problem to be answered; they don't supply that answer themselves.
The Well of Dreams belongs beside this discussion for context, but in a different category. It is a place and a source of life and power within Wonderland. The En Passant is the object the characters recover and carry away. The Antipathies are beings associated with the Well, not additional artifacts.
